Cílem projektu je studie zaměřená na komplexní posouzení bezpečnosti čajů s obsahem fenyklu určených pro kojící matky a kojence, zejména s ohledem na zdravotní rizika spojená s přítomností nově se objevujících rizikových mykotoxinů, alkaloidů a estragolu. Předpokládá se, že na základě realizované studie bude vytvořena receptura produktu, který bude představovat minimální riziko pro cílovou skupinu konzumentů. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is a study focused on a comprehensive assessment of the safety of fennel-containing teas intended for breastfeeding mothers and infants, especially with regard to the health risks associated with the presence of newly emerging risk mycotoxins, alkaloids and estragol. It is expected that a formula of the product will be created on the basis of the study that will pose a minimal risk to the target group of consumers. a. (English)
