    Cílem je systematická implementace principů genderové rovnosti na různých úrovních města Jilemnice a jejich strategická záštita. V optice "dovnitř" projekt rozvíjí fungující genderová opatření, zlepšuje podmínky pro work-life balance a vyrovnává šance na kariérní růst. V optice "ven" posiluje roli města Jilemnice jako trendsettera v oblasti gender mainstreamingu.Oslabuje zažité stereotypy na téma genderu v kontextu veřejné správy, ozvučuje význam CSR a oslabuje nerovnosti v postavení žen a mužů.     The aim is to systematically implement the principles of gender equality at various levels of Jilemnice and their strategic auspices. In optics, the project “inside” develops functioning gender measures, improves the conditions for work-life balance and balances the chances of career growth. He strengthens Jilemnice’s role as a trendsetter in the field of gender mainstreaming in optics, weakening gender stereotypes in the context of public administration, sounding the importance of CSR and weakening inequalities in the position of women and men.
