The implementation of the project will be to automate the implementation of the two main business processes of the company: • The execution of advertising projects, the exchange of orders between business partners — B2B• the execution of customer billing by customers — B2C project will aim to expand the existing business by creating a SaaS service to be offered to Partners and customers. The project will consist of the creation of a B2B/B2C- system to work with partners, allowing all processes between the company and partners, and the B2C system modules to make electronic use of the Applicant’s service resources electronically. The project will change the way projects are managed and their contact with partners and customers. The imposed structure of the programme will make it possible to reduce the duration of the project or procurement by both partners, customers and businesses through B2B/B2C modules. The system will make it possible to increase the availability to the Applicant’s bid by means of a B2C module. This will translate directly into a larger market share and an increase in reputation. Working with partners on the same structure and transparency of production processes will affect the level of trust and cooperation. The project will implement 5 software modules enabling smooth management of the company, contacts with business partners and client orders. Reflecting the subject matter of the project and the products, will be the Output indicators: Private investment in support of public support for enterprises (subsidies) — PLN 197 720,25 -Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market — 1. Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na automatyzacji realizacji dwóch głównych procesów biznesowych firmy: • realizacja projektów reklamowych, wymiana zamówień pomiędzy partnerami biznesowymi – B2B • realizacja procesu zamówień bilbordów przez klientów – B2C Projekt będzie miał na celu rozbudowę istniejącego przedsiębiorstwa poprzez stworzenie usługi SaaS, która będzie oferowana Partnerom oraz klientom. Realizacja projektu będzie polegać na stworzeniu portalu B2B/B2C- systemu do współpracy z Partnerami, pozwalającego na realizację wszystkich procesów pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwem i partnerami, oraz modułów systemu B2C umożliwiających elektroniczne korzystanie z zasobów usługowych Wnioskodawcy.. Projekt zmieni sposób zarządzania projektami oraz kontaktu z partnerami oraz klientami. Narzucona struktura programu umożliwi redukcję czasu realizacji projektu czy zamówień zarówno po stronie partnerów, klientów jak i przedsiębiorstwa dzięki modułom B2B/B2C. System umożliwi zwiększenie dostępności do oferty Wnioskodawcy dzięki Modułowi B2C. Przełoży się to wprost na większy udział w rynku i powiększenie renomy. Praca z partnerami na tej samej strukturze oraz transparentność procesów produkcyjnych wpłynie na poziom zaufania i zadowolenia ze współpracy. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie wdrożonych 5 modułów oprogramowania umożliwiających sprawne zarządzanie firmą, kontaktami z partnerami biznesowymi oraz zamówieniami klientów. Odzwierciedleniem przedmiotu projektu oraz produktów będą Wskaźniki produktu: -Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje)– 197 720,25 zł -Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku– 1 szt. -Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy– 1 szt.
