The project will carry out a thermal modernisation of the building in Wadowice at ul. Mickiewicza 27, in Majus M.P.J. BRYNDZA-in the province of defective province Małopolskie and installation of solar panels on the roof of the building. A building with a total area of 1 443 m² is used for trade and rental purposes. Due to the fact that the building was not in modernisation, it is now highly heat loss. It has a heating system with a gas oven. A water from a local heat source situated in the heated building. The installation was not upgraded since 1996. the project planned to replace the gas furnace with a new 15 more energy efficient than the current one. The building will be subject to the renovation of the building. They shall be warmed up to the loft, roof, walls, façade, use of window frames and doors. Thermal modernisation and the replacement of the kiln will result in a decrease in thermal energy consumption by 893,3 GJy, resulting in a heat saving of 65,1 per year. The next activity will be the replacement of light on energy efficient and LED. This will help to reduce electricity consumption by 7746,12 Whit. This yields energy savings of 49,9 on an annual basis. The project also involves the construction of a 28,56 kWp roof photovoltaic installation, which will allow the energy production of 22,391 MWhy additional energy from RES 0,029 MWe. The project will be implemented in 2019. The electricity produced by PV will cover 88,9 company needs for this energy. It is not possible to create more powerful panels because the company does not have any additional space. As a result of the project, CO2 emissions will also be reduced by 72,93 TRO (English) | |||

W projekcie zaplanowano działania typu A i B. Wielkość mocy planowanych do zainstalowania w budynku wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu exante. Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej przewidywane jest, zgodnie z tym audytem, na poziomie 61,83 . Projekt przeprowadzi termomodernizację budynku w Wadowicach przy ul. Mickiewicza 27, w firmie MAJUS M.P.J. BRYNDZA w powiecie wadowickim woj. Małopolskiego oraz instalacja paneli fotowoltaicznych na dachu budynku. Budynek o łącznej powierzchni 1443m2, wykorzystywany jest na potrzeby handlu i wynajmu. Z uwagi na fakt, iż budynek ten nie przechodził modernizacji, obecnie wykazuje wysokie straty ciepła. Posiada system ogrzewania za pomocą pieca gazowego. C.O. wodne z lokalnego źródła ciepła usytuowanego w ogrzewanym budynku. Instalacja nie była modernizowana od 1996 r. W ramach projektu planowana jest wymiana pieca gazowego na nowy, o 15 bardziej energooszczędny niż obecny. Budynek podlegać będzie termomodernizacji. Ocieplone zostaną strop do poddasza, dach, ściany zewnętrzne, elewacja, wymieniona będzie stolarka okienna i drzwiowa. Dzięki termomodernizacji i wymianie pieca, nastąpi spadek zużycia energii cieplnej o 893,3 GJrok co daje oszczędności energii cieplnej na poziomie 65,1 na rok. Kolejnym działaniem będzie wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne czyli typu LED. Przyczyni się to do zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej o 7746,12 kWhrok. Daje to oszczędność energii z oświetlenia na poziomie 49,9 w skali rocznej. Projekt zakłada również budowę instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachu budynku o mocy 28,56 kWp, co pozwoli na wyprodukowanie energii 22,391 MWhrok dodatkowa zdolność wytw. energii el. z OZE 0,029 MWe. Projekt realizowany będzie w w 2019 roku. Energia elektryczna wyprodukowana z PV pokryje 88,9 zapotrzebowania firmy na tę energię. Nie można założyć paneli o większej mocy, ponieważ firma nie ma dodatkowej powierzchni. W wyniku realizacji projektu zmniejszy się również emisja CO2 do atmosfery o 72,93 tro (Polish)
