The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the ‘Prodcom’ of the Rata Wójcik service by means of energy modernisation and the use of renewable energy solutions in a building located in Chachło, ul. The project involves, inter alia, a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the building as regards the warming of external walls, the roof and floor walls of the building, the replacement of 60 windows, the replacement of external doors, the change of the source of heat to the heat pump with the modernisation of the heating system, the replacement of the heat generator with a power pump to meet its needs in the area of electricity, the modernisation of lighting and the introduction of perfans ensuring savings in water use up to 15.The planned investment is a response to the identified needs of the firm and is adequate to the extent of the most optimal option for energy modernisation by the energy auditor at the investment planning stage. the project will result in a reduction in the running costs of the building in which the firm’s activities are carried out and increasing the use of RES. The implementation of the planned investment will increase the energy efficiency of the project at level 59,2. The new installation of PV generates 30,218 MWhey of electricity, which in 100 will be used for the energy needs of the building under which the investment will be carried out and approximately 30 will meet the energy needs of the company. The combined heat pump output is 15,90 MWe of the thermal energy that meets the needs of the building. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest podniesienie efektywności energetycznej firmy Produ,kcyjno Handlowo Usługowej Renata Wójcik poprzez modernizację energetyczną i zastosowanie rozwiązań wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii w budynku zlokalizowanym w miejscowości Chechło przy ul. Kluczewskiej 1, w którym firma prowadzi działalność handlowo usługową.Projekt zakłada m.in. kompleksową termomodernizację budynku w zakresie ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych , dachu i ścian piwnic tego budynku, wymianę 60 okien, wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych, zmianę źródła ciepła na pompę ciepła powietrze woda wraz z modernizacją instalacji c.o., uruchomienie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 30,8 kw celem zaspokojenia własnych potrzeb w zakresie energii elektrycznej, modernizację oświetlenia i wprowadzenie perlatorów zapewniających oszczędności w zużyciu wody do 15.Planowana inwestycja jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby firmy, a jej zakres jest adekwatny do zakresu najbardziej optymalnego wariantu modernizacji energetycznej rozpatrywanego przez audytora energetycznego na etapie planowania inwestycji.Wnioskodawca zakłada wybór podwykonawców, którzy w możliwie największym stopniu zapewnią kompleksową terminową i zgodną z założeniami projektu realizację planowanej inwestycji.W wyniku realizacji projektu w tak zaplanowanym kształcie nastąpi ograniczenie kosztów eksploatacji budynku w którym prowadzona jest działalność firmy i zwiększenie wykorzystania OZE. Realizacja planowanej inwestycji przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej w projekcie na poziomie 59,2 . Nowopowstała instalacja fotowoltaiczna wyprodukuje 30,218 MWherok energii elektrycznej co w 100 będzie wykorzystywane na potrzeby energetyczne budynku w ramach którego realizowana będzie inwestycja i w około 30 zaspokoi potrzeby energetyczne przedsiębiorstwa. Nowouruchomiona pompa ciepła wyprodukuje łącznie 15,90 MWhtrok energii cieplnej zaspokajającej potrzeby budynku. (Polish)
