The project is the development of a prototype central air conditioning and ventilation system for the zonal air comfort and air quality parameters that will be implemented as part of the Applicant’s own economic activity after the completion of the planned BR work. The global innovation system for innovation will be a comprehensive, systemic solution for modern low-energy housing, where the standard is the installation of mechanical ventilation and the demand for energy is less than 50 WM2. The concept of the XT system is a response to demand, which has been created naturally as a result of major changes in the energy standards of buildings during the last decade. In view of the high energy prices and the current legislation, modern buildings are well insulated and the mechanical ventilation becomes the standard as the only sensible way to deliver air to the building. In addition, in the summer, there is a demand for cooling due to difficulties in discharging heat gains from a well isolated and airtight building. In winter, there are problems with the dry air caused by an efficient ventilation and a low water content in the outdoor air. An important factor that makes it possible and properly forced to change the way energy is delivered to a building is a significant reduction in the thermal capacity needed to heat the building. Following the implementation of the planned R & D work, after a positive verification of the results achieved, the Company will place a XT system on the market for innovation in the world, characterised by a series of advantages over current competing solutions envisaged, systemic nature, systemic nature, competitive price. The project will be put into demand by the market, will translate into an increase in the competitiveness and innovation of the company and will significantly increase the Company’s research capacity.     Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie prototypowego centralnego powietrznego systemu klimatyzacji i wentylacji ze strefową regulacją parametrów komfortu cieplnego oraz jakości powietrza w pomieszczeniach, który po zakończeniu zaplanowanych prac BR zostanie wdrożony w ramach własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy. Innowacyjny w skali świata system innowacja produktowa będzie kompleksowym, systemowym rozwiązaniem przeznaczonym do współczesnych niskoenergetycznych budynków mieszkalnych, w których standardem jest instalacja wentylacji mechanicznej, a zapotrzebowanie na energię jest mniejsze od 50 Wm2. Koncepcja systemu XT jest odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie, które powstało w naturalny sposób jako następstwo znacznych zmian standardów energetycznych budynków w czasie ostatniej dekady. Z uwagi na wysokie ceny energii i obowiązujące przepisy prawa współczesne budynki są dobrze zaizolowane, a wentylacja mechaniczna staje się standardem jako jedyny rozsądny sposób dostarczania powietrza do budynku. Dodatkowo latem w budynkach występuje zapotrzebowanie na chłód spowodowane trudnościami z odprowadzeniem zysków ciepła z dobrze izolowanego i szczelnego budynku. Zimą, z kolei występują problemy z suchym powietrzem spowodowane skuteczną wentylacją i małą zawartością wody w powietrzu zewnętrznym. Ważnym czynnikiem, który umożliwia a właściwie wymusza zmianę metod dostarczania energii do budynku jest znaczne zmniejszenie mocy cieplnej potrzebnej do ogrzewania budynku. Dzięki realizacji założonych prac BR, po pozytywnej weryfikacji osiągniętych efektów projektu, Spółka wprowadzi na rynek innowacyjny w skali świata system XT charakteryzujący się szeregiem przewag w stosunku do obecnych konkurencyjnych rozwiązań zakładane funkcjonalności, systemowy charakter, konkurencyjna cena. Realizacja projektu wpisze się w zapotrzebowanie zgłaszane przez rynek, przełoży na wzrost konkurencyjność i innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa oraz wydatnie zwiększy potencjał badawczy Spółki. (Polish)
