The Applicant project is the type A project that includes cooking and the implementation of the company’s strategy/business plan. The aim of the project is to implement measures to export to the Italian market and to expand its export volumes in France by Amex, through the sale of visual communication products produced by Memoboards Sp. z o.o. in 2021. The project takes into account the development and implementation of an Amex international activity strategy (Type A project). This strategy is the result of an advisory service. Within the framework of the project, the Strategy will be implemented to the full extent. The international expansion of the company will be linked to the expansion of sales in the market on which the products of Memoyards Sp. z o.o. are being sold incidentally, in a small quantity — the Italian market. In view of the nature of the present sales on the Italian market, the products of Memobards Sp. z o.o. for the Applicant are a new market. Amex’s international activity will concern the sale of visual communication products in the form of cork plates in a wooden frame or in an aluminium frame, magnetic boards in a wooden frame or in an aluminium frame. The export bid will be of innovative value in the form of very good surface parameters of dashboards, which are characterised by a high level of strength, resistance to damage and long term. The parameters were confirmed by the tests carried out by the AGH. The project is designed to: 1th marketing/promotion advisory service, translation service 2. participation in the PperWorld Frankfurt, 2020 3 edition. participation in the 2021 4th edition of the th edition of the th edition of the package leaflets and market catalogues. The project has a positive impact on the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, the principle of sustainable development, and a neutral principle of equal opportunities between women and men.     Projekt Wnioskodawcy stanowi typ projektu A obejmujący przegotowanie oraz wdrożenie strategii/planu działalności międzynarodowej przedsiębiorstwa. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja działań zmierzających do eksportu na rynek Włoch i powiększenie skali eksportu we Francji przez spółkę Amex, dzięki sprzedaży produktów komunikacji wizualnej produkowanych przez Memoboards Sp. z o.o. w 2021 roku. W projekcie uwzględniono opracowanie i wdrażanie Strategii działalności międzynarodowej firmy Amex (typ A projektu). Strategia ta powstała w wyniku usługi doradczej. W ramach projektu Strategia będzie realizowana w pełnym zakresie. Ekspansja międzynarodowa spółki będzie wiązała się z rozszerzeniem sprzedaży na rynku na którym aktualnie produkty Memoboards Sp. z o.o. były sprzedawane incydentalnie, w niewielkiej ilości - rynek włoski. W związku z charakterem obecnej sprzedaży na rynku włoskim produktów Memoboards Sp. z o.o. dla Wnioskodawcy jest to nowy rynek. Aktywność międzynarodowa spółki Amex będzie dotyczyła sprzedaży produktów komunikacji wizualnej w postaci tablic korkowych w ramie drewnianej lub w ramie aluminiowej, tablic magnetycznych w ramie drewnianej lub w ramie aluminiowej. Oferta eksportowa będzie miała walory innowacyjne w postaci bardzo dobrych parametrów powierzchni tablic, cechujących się wysoką wytrzymałością, odpornością na uszkodzenia i długotrwałością. Parametry zostały potwierdzone badaniami przeprowadzonymi przez AGH. W projekcie zaplanowano: 1. usługę doradczą marketingowo-promocyjną, usługę tłumaczenia 2. udział w targach PaperWorld Frankfurt, edycja 2020 3. udział w targach PaperWorld Frankfurt edycja 2021 4. wykonanie ulotek i katalogów targowych. Projekt posiada pozytywny wpływ na zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju, a także neutralny na zasadę równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn.
