The main objective of the project is to fully implement the tasks leading to the expansion of the company’s export activities to a new external market: USA. The project’s additional result will be to strengthen the position of the company in the markets where the products are already exported, including in the online channel and through the official dealers of Australia, France, Germany, Italy. the project will be implemented in accordance with the intended strategy. the project will be implemented by the company between 1 May 2018 and 30 April 2020. the project foresees implementation of three key actions: 1. Advice on the design of promotional and advertisement materials, websites, mobile applications: modernisation of the website, preparation of catalogue 2. Advice on identifying potential trading partners, identifying and selecting partners in selected foreign markets, preparing offers for cooperation and trade negotiations, including their business conduct 3. Participation as an exhibitor in market-orientated external events organised in Germany by Eurobike of July 2018 and 2019 is an international event. the project’s budget is optimal and assumes the best attitude towards the expected costs. the project has a neutral impact on the implementation of the EU horizontal rules.     Głównym celem projektu jest pełna realizacja zadań zmierzających do rozszerzenia działalności eksportowej firmy na nowy rynek zagraniczny: Stany Zjednoczone. Dodatkowym efektem projektu będzie wzmocnienie pozycji firmy na rynkach na których już są eksportowane produkty firmy w tym w kanale internetowymi i poprzez oficjalnych dealerów Australii, Francji, Niemiec, Włoch.Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z założeniami zamówionej strategii dokument planistyczny.Firma zrealizuje projekt pomiędzy 1 maja 2018, a 30 kwietnia 2020.W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizacje trzech podstawowych działań:1. Doradztwo dotyczące projektowania materiałów promocyjnych i reklamowych, stron internetowych, aplikacji mobilnych: modernizacja strony internetowej, przygotowanie katalogucennikametki2. Doradztwo w zakresie określenia potencjalnych partnerów handlowych,wyszukiwania i doboru partnerów na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych, przygotowania ofert współpracy oraz negocjacji handlowych także ich przeprowadzenie3. Udział w charakterze wystawcy w imprezach targowowystawienniczych zorientowanych na rynki zagraniczne, odbywających się w Niemczech Eurobike lipiec 2018 i 2019 impreza ma charakter międzynarodowy.Budżet projektu jest optymalny i zakłada najlepsze podejście stosunku nakładów do oczekiwanych kosztów.Projekt ma neutralny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych UE.
