Implementation of the project will consist of the purchase of a research and development service carried out by a scientific body consisting of the development of an innovative link between casing and screw-welded technology at the drilling of holes up to 150 m while drilling. Work on the new arrangements will be carried out in cooperation with the scientific and technical staff of the Faculty of Science, Oil and Gas in Krakow. Within the framework of this project, the company shall aim to develop a technology for the production of an innovative link between casing and thread in the thread and welding technology at the drilling of holes up to 150 m. The traditional method for connecting casing to the casing is that the thread is pressed on the tube, but the material from which the tube is produced is generally characterised by poor wear and tear properties. Thin walls are usually used here, so trapezoidal and/or triangular thread is used. These threads have the disadvantage that they are rapidly wiped out, they have been screwed and have a tendency to ‘shear’. The new thread shall be resistant to abrasion, allow for fast and repeated twisting and twisting and do not give effect to the ‘shear’ effect. The new solution will also improve the quality of the material on which the thread will be put into, so as to increase its strength and multiple jobs. To this end, technology shall be designed to cut the thread of steel with increased mechanical strength and to integrate it by welding with an cladding tube. The new solution will be characterised by enhanced strength and vitality. The new developments resulting from the project have the following characteristics: higher strength and rigidity, i.e. higher durability, ease and increased safety. In the longer term, the results of the project will be implemented in production, thereby expanding the offer of an archal company. (English) | |||

W ramach przedmiotowego projektu firma dąży do opracowania technologii produkcji innowacyjnego połączenia rur okładzinowych w technologii gwintowo-spawanej przy wierceniu otworów do 150m. Nowe rozwiązania opracowane w wyniku realizacji projektu mają charakteryzować się następującymi cechami: wyższa wytrzymałość i sztywność, a więc wyższa trwałość, łatwość i zwiększone bezpieczeństwo obsługi. W dalszej perspektywie efekty projektu zostaną wdrożone do produkcji, poszerzając w ten sposób ofertę spółki Archon. (Polish)
