The project is the creation of a network of Gminny Cultural Centre in the municipality of Poronin by carrying out comprehensive revitalisation measures in the area of Poronin, Suche and small silent partnership activities. From a technical point of view, the investment consists of the following components: In Polonniie: modernisation of the space around the Gminny Cultural Centre by upgrading the site, including the drainage of the pavement of the building in front of the building, upgrading the outdoor stage, building, inter alia, walking paths, a green space, a playground with an adult gym and a small recreational architecture. Adequate lighting will be installed, the fence will be upgraded and the whole site monitored. In my opinion: upgrading and adapting to the needs of the GOK subsidiary of the existing, degraded house of the Teachers’ House; purchases of equipment necessary for cultural activities showing after-school care for school children. Renovation of the access road and the drainage of the ground line surface will be carried out. In Sucha, the establishment of a Culture and Heritage Hub of the Culture Institution which aims to consolidate, disseminate and promote the intangible heritage Poronin and Podhala, including in the field of gynaecologic professions. In the context of the investment, the construction of a new building, the drainage of the site and the foundation, the corresponding insulation of the building and the restoration of historic wall paintings are assumed. The development of the site around the building will be carried out: the creation of a playground, a bike hire, an outdoor gym, a small architecture including his ailumination. The facility shall be equipped with the necessary equipment to carry out activities and create a meeting and community friendly location. accessibility for persons with disabilities shall be ensured through the application of universal design principles. Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie sieci GOK Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury na terenie gminy Poronin poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych działań rewitalizacyjnych w sołectwach Poronin, Suche i Małe Ciche. Z technicznego punktu widzenia inwestycja obejmuje następujące komponenty: W Poroninie: modernizacja przestrzeni wokół Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury poprzez przebudowę wraz z odwodnieniem nawierzchni placu przed budynkiem, przebudowa sceny plenerowej, stworzenie m.in. ścieżek spacerowych, urządzenie zieleni, placu zabaw wraz z siłownią dla dorosłych oraz małej architektury rekreacyjnej. Zamontowane zostanie odpowiednie oświetlenie, wykonana zostanie modernizacja ogrodzenia, a cały teren objęty zostanie monitoringiem. W Małem Cichem: modernizacja i adaptacja na potrzeby filii GOK istniejącego, zdegradowanego budynku Domu Nauczyciela; zakupy wyposażenia niezbędnego do realizacji działań kulturalnych, aktywizujących świetlice dla dzieci szkolnych. Wykonana zostanie modernizacja drogi dojazdowej i odwodnienia liniowego powierzchniowego. W Suchem utworzenie Poroniańskiego Centrum Kultury i Dziedzictwa Podhala instytucji kultury, której celem będzie utrwalanie, upowszechnianie i promowanie dziedzictwa niematerialnego Poronina i Podhala, m.in. w zakresie ginących zawodów. W ramach inwestycji zakładana jest budowa nowego budynku, odwodnienie terenu, i podbicie fundamentów, odpowiednie zaizolowanie budynku oraz renowacja zabytkowych malowideł naściennych. Wykonane zostanie zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku: stworzenie placu zabaw, wypożyczalni rowerów, siłowni zewnętrznej, małej architektury, wraz z jego iluminacją. Placówka zostanie wyposażona w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia zajęć oraz stworzenia przyjaznego miejsca spotkań i aktywności społecznej.Zapewniona zostanie dostępność dla osób niepełnosprawnych przez zastosowanie zasad projektowania uniwersalnego. Projekt cechuje wysoki poziom efektywności technicznej, funkcjonalnej i energetycznej. (Polish)
