The project will consist of carrying out the work of BR leading to the development of innovative raw materials for wood: colourless lacquer, white base and surface paint. At a later stage, the project will consist of the implementation of the R stage developed as part of the BR phase of the products to the Applicant’s own activities, by the start of production. The development and implementation of R & D results will mean the achievement of product innovation on a national scale. The project will result in novel hot water coatings for wood by dipping: colourless lacquer and white base paint and surface. There are no such products on the Polish market. New products developed during the BR phase and implemented for production will be characterised by: high gloss: above 85 GU at 60 according to ISO 2813, no coating of the coating at the application of the dipping method 0 according to ASTM D4400, fracture level 0 after drying at an increased temperature of 4050C. Assessment of the fracture in accordance with ISO 46281 and ISO 46284. These characteristics are evidence of product innovation. they will benefit from significant advantages in terms of available coatings in the market and respond to the demand in the market. The introduction to the production of innovative products will have a direct impact on the applicant’s financial performance and brand as an offeror. The company will strengthen its position on the market by gaining a significant competitive advantage. The project will be implemented in 5 phases. the first steps will include research on the formulation of a colourless varnish for wood for wood by dipping and dipping/white base and road surface 5. the stage 4 will include the development of the final formulas and their production tests. will include the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of the product R & D phase.     Projekt będzie polegał na przeprowadzeniu prac BR prowadzących do opracowania innowacyjnych produktów wodorozcieńczalnych do drewna: lakier bezbarwny, biała podkładowa i nawierzchniowa farba. W dalszym etapie projekt będzie polegał na wdrożeniu opracowanych w ramach fazy BR produktów do własnej działalności Wnioskodawcy, poprzez rozpoczęcie produkcji. Opracowanie wyników prac BR i ich wdrożenie będzie oznaczać osiągnięcie innowacji produktowej w skali kraju. Rezultatem projektu będą nowatorskie wodorozcieńczalne powłoki do drewna nakładane metodą polewaniazanurzania: lakier bezbarwny i biała farba podkładowa i nawierzchniowy. Na rynku polskim nie ma takich produktów, o takich właściwościach. Nowe produkty opracowane w fazie BR i wdrożone do produkcji, charakteryzować się będą: wysokim połyskiem: powyżej 85 GU przy 60 wg ISO 2813,brakiem ściekania powłok przy nanoszeniu metodą polewaniazanurzania poziom ściekalności 0 wg ASTM D4400, brakiem pękania stopień spękania 0 po suszeniu w podwyższonej temperaturze 4050C. Ocena stopnia spękania wg ISO 46281 oraz ISO 46284. Cechy te świadczą o innowacyjności produktów.Pozwolą uzyskać znaczące korzyści w stosunku do dostępnych na rynku powłok, są odpowiedzią na występujące na rynku zapotrzebowanie. Wdrożenie do produkcji innowacyjnych produktów, będzie miało bezpośrednie przełożenie na wyniki finansowe i markę Wnioskodawcy jako podmiotu oferującego najnowsze rozwiązania. Firma wzmocni swoją pozycję na rynku poprzez uzyskanie znaczącej przewagi konkurencyjnej. Projekt będzie realizowany w 5 etapach.Trzy pierwsze etapy będą obejmować badania przemysłowenad opracowanie formulacji bezbarwnego lakieru do drewna metodą polewaniazanurzania oraz białej farby podkładowej i nawierzchniowej nakładanej jw.Etap 4 będzie obejmował prace rozwojowe na finalnymi formulacjami i ich testy produkcyjne.Etap 5 będzie obejmował zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia opracowanych w fazie BR produktów.
