The scope of the project includes investments in infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility through the construction of 13 km of cycle paths with infrastructure in the city of Płock. The project includes cycling infrastructure features: separators, car parks and bicycle stands, “speed 30”, foot rests. The aim of the MAIN PROJECT is to increase the competitiveness of the Functional Area of Płock by developing sustainable urban mobility infrastructure. The project fulfils the objectives of the Low Carbon Economy Plan M. Płock in terms of reducing pollutant emissions and developing urban mobility. The project is included in the Investment Plan for the Płock sub-region which is subject to problem OSI — The Functional Area of the City of Płock. It addresses the problems and needs in terms of the progressive and uncontrolled process of air pollution and the growing movement of goods and passengers. The scope of the project ensures the coherence and comprehensiveness of the cycle routes and their continuity in the inter-communal system. The project will be implemented in partnership with 4 entities. TARGET GROUP: the inhabitants of Płock and its domaines, entrepreneurs and their contractors, potential investors, all current and future users. The analysis carried out confirms the financial, organisational, technical and technological feasibility. The costs of the proj are estimated at an appropriate height. The most economically and technically viable solutions were chosen. The assumptions made will make it possible to reach the planned indicators. The applicant has the capacity to maintain its effects in the long term. The risk analysis did not reveal events that could disrupt the process of investment. The only threat is due to the lack of funding. The ERDF which will lead to a reduction in or no investment. (English)

    Zakres projektu obejmuje inwestycje w infrastrukturę na rzecz zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej poprzez budowę 13 km ścieżek rowerowych wraz z infrastrukturą na terenie miasta Płocka. W projekcie przewidziano elementy infrastruktury rowerowej np: separatory, parkingi i stojaki dla rowerów, strefy uspokojonego ruchu „tempo 30”, podpórki pod stopy. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Miasta Płocka poprzez rozwój infrastruktury zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Projekt wypełnia założenia Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej M. Płocka w aspekcie ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz rozwoju mobilności miejskiej. Projekt jest ujęty w Planie inwestycyjnym dla subregionu płockiego objętego OSI problemowym – Obszar Funkcjonalny Miasta Płocka. Stanowi odpowiedź na problemy i potrzeby w zakresie postępującego i niekontrolowanego procesu zanieczyszczenia powietrza oraz rosnącego ruchu towarowego i osobowego. Zakres projektu zapewnia spójność i kompleksowość dróg rowerowych oraz ich ciągłość w układzie międzygminnym. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie 4 podmiotów. GRUPA DOCEL.: mieszkańcy Płocka i obszaru funkcjon., przedsiębiorcy i ich kontrahenci, potencjalni inwestorzy, wszyscy obecni i przyszli użytkownicy. Przeprowadzona analiza potwierdza wykonalność finansową, organizacyjną, techniczną i technologiczną. Koszty proj. zostały oszacowane w odpowiedniej wysokości. Wybrano najkorzystniejsze ekonomicznie i technicznie rozwiązania. Przyjęte założenia pozwolą osiągnąć zaplanowane wskaźniki. Wnioskodawca posiada zdolność do utrzymania efektów proj. w długim okresie czasu. Analiza ryzyka nie wykazała zdarzeń, które mogłyby zakłócić proces realizacji inwestycji.
