The main objective is to improve the provision of key competences and transferable skills in pupils, and to develop a personalised approach (especially with the SPE) by improving the qualification of teachers in the schools supported. The support will cover 400 ears, including 199 girls (hereinafter referred to as girls) and 201 boys (hereinafter referred to as SP) in the Kamienica unit (50dz/48chł), SP Kroczzew (49dz/51chł), SP in Stróżwie (38dz/38chł), SP in Szczytno (62dz/64chł) and 34 teachers (hereafter) and 8 teachers (m.) in these schools. the scope of support and the target group are determined on the basis of a diagnosis of educational problems and educational potential, including in particular: A student who receives high achievers in mathematics, computing and mathematics (mathematics, computer and linguistic) subjects with the results of educating them well below the average of digital, linguistic and metaphases. Scholars of developmental impairments which make it more difficult for them to learn, who require significant correction of speech defects, -learners with disabilities, who require them to develop their emotional/social competences, -n-i in need of support to meet the educational needs of the raised education and their parents. The diagnosis carried out was approved by the Applicant, which is the authority of the schools covered by the needs, and was approved by the mayor of the Municipality of Louski Romualdo Woźniak, Order No 0050.52.2018 of the Mayor of the Municipality of Zaluski, of 9 November 2018, on validating the diagnosis of the educational needs of primary schools, for which the operator is the Municipality of Zalesski.Taking into account the needs and expectations of the trainer, the parents and the pedagogical staff were given the following terms of reference: (a) attachment (s): — Developing knowledge and skills for the user, — levelling for vulnerable learners, — therapeutic, workshop and generic. b) support for teachers in need of training that meet the needs of their raised skills (English) | |||

Celem głównym proj.jest podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych oraz rozwój indywidualnego podejścia do ucz.(szczególnie z SPE) dzięki podniesieniu kwalifikacji nauczycieli szkół objętych wsparciem. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 400 ucz,w tym 199 dziewczynek (dalej dz) i 201 chłopców(dalej chł) ze SP w Kamienicy(50dz/48chł), SP Kroczewie(49dz/51chł), SP w Stróżewie(38dz/38chł), SP w Szczytnie(62dz/64chł) oraz 34 nauczycielki(dalej k) i 8 nauczycieli(dalej m) w powyższych szkół.Zakres wsparcia i grupę docelową określono na podstawie przeprowadzonej diagnozy problemów i potencjałów edukacyjnych szkół,obejmujących przede wszystkim: -ucz.uzyskujących wysokie wyniki eduk.z przedmiotów matematyczno-przyrodniczych,informatycznych i językowych, -ucz.uzyskujących wyniki eduk.znacznie poniżej średniej z przedmiotów informatycznych,językowych oraz metamatyczno-przyrod. -ucz.przejawiających dysfunkcje rozwojowe utrudniające im uczenie się, -ucz.wymagających znacznej korekty wad wymowy, -ucz niepełnosprawnych wymagających zaj.rozwijających ich kompetencje emocjonalno-społeczne, -n-li potrzebujących wsparcia odpowiadającego potrzebom edukacyjnym wychowanków oraz ich rodziców. Przeprowadzona diagnoza została zatwierdzona przez Wnioskodawcę, który jest organem prowadzącym szkół objętych projektem.Diagnoza potrzeb została zatwierdzona przez Wójta Gminy Załuski Romualda Woźniaka Zarządzeniem nr 0050.52.2018 Wójta Gminy Załuski z dnia 9 listopada 2018r. w sprawie zatwierdzenia diagnozy potrzeb edukacyjnych szkół podstawowych,dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Załuski.Uwzględniając potrzeby i oczekiwania ucz.,rodziców oraz kadry pedagogicznej określono następujący zakres wsparcia: a) zajęcia: - rozwijające wiedzę i umiejętności ucz., - wyrównujące dla ucz. słabszych, - wsparcie terapeutyczne, warsztatowe oraz ogólnorozwojowe. b) wsparcie dla nauczycieli potrzebujących szkoleń rozwijających kompetencje odpowiadające potrzebom ich wychowanków (Polish)
