The applicant shall have a functional program. As part of the preparatory work for the implementation of the project, full project documentation will be carried out in order to obtain the ZRID decision and then the land acquisition procedure under the extension of the road. The project involves the development of a district road within a distance of 12 699 metres. In the framework of the investment, the construction of a new passage of the section of the road in Skrzyszów is also designed. 450 mb with the construction of a roundabout at the intersection with district road No 1357K. the project involves the reconstruction of 2 bridges: Wątku m. Scraszów, in the wake of the Wątzek (Łaskawica). The solutions adopted in the draft are in line with best practice in this field. The use of modern materials and technologies, high quality pavements, drainage systems, road safety equipment and efficient environmental protection devices, including storm water pre-treatment facilities, green plantings, etc., will contribute to the reduction of nuisance from the district road to the environment and improve safety conditions. In active areas, landslides shall be designed for the execution of opportunistic walls with costs of net crevices, while at the same time the drain of turbot is at the same time being drained. In order to increase pedestrian safety, new pavements will be built in built-up areas. In addition, pedestrian crossings with a thick-layer contrast label fitted with LED.LED.Investment will be designed with regard to the possible use of energy efficient technologies and technologies in order to limit the adverse environmental impacts both in the construction and the use phases. All sites shall be designed and constructed in an environmentally harmonised manner with the existing landscape and other objects. The solutions adopted are optimal in terms of the cost of implementing the investment and they guarantee the lowest possible cost of implementation. (English) | |||

Wnioskodawca posiada Program funkcjonalnoużytkowy. W ramach prac przygotowawczych do realizacji projektu zostanie wykonana pełna dokumentacja projektowa, podjęte będą działania w celu uzyskania decyzji ZRID a następnie procedura nabycia gruntów pod poszerzenie pasa drogowego. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa drogi powiatowej na odcinku 12 699 metrów. W ramach inwestycji projektuje się również budowę nowego przebiegu fragmentu drogi w miejscowości Skrzyszów, o dł. ok. 450 mb wraz z budową ronda na skrzyżowaniu z drogą powiatową nr 1357K W ramach projektu zaplanowano przebudowę 2 mostów : na potoku Wątok w m. Skrzyszów, na potoku Wątoczek w m. Łękawica. Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w tej dziedzinie. Zastosowanie nowoczesnych materiałów i technologii, wysokiej jakości nawierzchni, systemów odwodnienia , urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego oraz efektywnych urządzeń ochrony środowiska, w tym urządzeń do podczyszczania wód opadowych, nasadzeń zieleni itp., przyczyni się do zmniejszenia uciążliwości drogi powiatowej dla środowiska oraz polepszy warunki bezpieczeństwa. W miejscach czynnych osuwisk projektuje się wykonanie murów oporowych z koszy siatkowokamiennych z jednoczesnym drenażem skarpy . W celu zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa pieszych, w terenach zabudowanych wykonane zostaną nowe chodniki. Dodatkowo planuje się przejścia dla pieszych z oznakowaniem kontrastowym grubowarstwowym wyposażonym w oświetlenie uliczne solarne typu LED.Inwestycja realizowana będzie z uwzględnieniem możliwych do zastosowania energooszczędnych środków technicznych i technologii, w celu ograniczenia niekorzystnego oddziaływania na środowisko zarówno na etapie budowy jak i użytkowania. Wszystkie obiekty będą zaprojektowane i wykonane w sposób zharmonizowany architektonicznie z istniejącym krajobrazem oraz pozostałymi obiektami. Przyjęte rozwiązania są optymalne pod względem kosztów wykonania inwestycji i gwarantują możliwie najniższy koszt realizacji (Polish)
