Audience: 105 (58 K) of the os. physical units, residing in accordance with the Civil Code (CC) in the region of Małopolskie Province: horseradish, olkuski, ridiculski and defectors belonging to one of the following groups, as defined in the rules of procedure, i.e.: Workers targeted for dismissal or risk of dismissal at 60. — persons who are exempt on grounds relating to an establishment of 35 persons; — persons who come from agricultural holdings with an agricultural holding of more than 2 hectares of livestock units or members of their families insured with KRUS-10, including not less than: 30 Low qualified; 20 over 50; 10 persons under the age of 30, 5 disabled persons (ON). Main tasks: for all participants (U) of the project: occupational guidance, including the construction and implementation of IPDs, collective occupational guidance, vocational training, job placement and internships/practitioners for 32 U and financial support for 10 U (own economic activity/creation of a social enterprise): main results: upgrading of professional qualifications and skills by 105 U of the project (58 K) (advice/training 105 U, traineeships and 32 U traineeships) and job creation/work outside agriculture for at least 58 U (placement) and start-up/business creation for 10 U — Financial and financial support (English)
