PROJECT SET-UP: The extension of the existing alarm system and warning of the elements recommended by the Governor of Mazowieckie Province. The aim of the MDB is to improve the functioning of the public warning system and to alert the population to the threats of the city of Płock. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1. Development of an early warning system against natural disturbances in the city of Płock by including a robust warning system for the Mazowieckie province. 2. Improve the ability to adapt the existing risk management system to current requirements in the areas of possible threat and crisis situations. 3. Raising public awareness of the reading and the adequate response to alarm signals and warning messages. The project includes activities related to the extension of the existing alert system for control and control equipment, monitoring equipment and new alert points with electronic means, together with an information campaign on the dissemination of rules on dealing with threats. It is planned to purchase and assemble 10 emergency emails with a minimum capacity of 600 W, an alarm switchboard, 1 meteorological stations, 2 detectors with access to the internet and technical documentation for the development of the system. The target group of the project will be those living in the city to which the alarm signals and alert messages will be addressed: residents of Płock, children and young people attending school in Płock, people from surrounding municipalities coming to work in Płock, institutions located in Płock, entrepreneurs, people taking part in the music festivals organised in Płock and the cultural and religious events, pilgrims, domestic and foreign tourists. The project will be carried out in a single step, using optimal techniques and technologies. The tasks will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. (English) | |||

ZAŁOŻENIE PROJEKTU: Rozbudowa istniejącego systemu alarmowego i ostrzegania o elementy rekomendowane przez Wojewodę Mazowieckiego. CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest poprawa funkcjonowania systemu ostrzegania i alarmowania ludności o zagrożeniach na terenie miasta Płocka. CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: 1. Rozwój systemu wczesnego ostrzegania przed zjawiskami katastrofalnymi na terenie miasta Płocka poprzez włączenie rozbudowanego systemu ostrzegania do systemu województwa mazowieckiego. 2. Poprawa zdolności adaptacji istniejącego systemu zarządzania zagrożeniami do aktualnych wymogów w obszarze możliwych do wystąpienia zagrożeń i sytuacji kryzysowych. 3. Podniesienie świadomości społeczeństwa w zakresie odczytywania i adekwatnego reagowania na emitowane sygnały alarmowe i komunikaty ostrzegawcze. ZAKRES PROJEKTU obejmuje działania związane z rozbudową istniejącego systemu ostrzegania o urządzenia sterowania i kontroli, urządzenia monitorujące oraz nowe punkty alarmowe z syrenami elektronicznymi wraz z kampanią informacyjną na temat upowszechniania zasad postępowania w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożeń. Zaplanowano zakup i montaż 10 elektronicznych syren alarmowych o mocy min. 600W, centrali alarmowej, 1 stacji meteorologicznej, 2 detektorów skażeń wraz z z zapewnieniem dostępu do internetu i wykonaniem dokumentacji technicznej rozbudowy systemu. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ projektu stanowić będą osoby przebywające na terenie miasta, do których będą skierowane sygnały alarmowe i komunikaty ostrzegawcze o zagrożeniach: mieszkańcy Płocka, dzieci i młodzież uczęszczające do szkół w Płocku, osoby z okolicznych gmin przyjeżdżające do pracy w Płocku, instytucje, które mają siedziby w Płocku, przedsiębiorcy, osoby biorące udział w organizowanych w Płocku festiwalach muzycznych i w wydarzeniach kulturalno-sakralnych, pielgrzymi, turyści krajowi i zagraniczni. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo, z zastosowaniem optymalnych technik i technologii. Zadania będą realizowane zgodnie z ustawą Pzp. (Polish)
