The project to be implemented shall consist of: 1. Construction of a ‘park and ride’ car for cars and bicycles at ul. Long in the municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki, the public exit from the municipal road, with the reconstruction of the roadside ditch and the development of the land. 2. Construction of a ‘park and ride’ car for cars and bikes at ul. Sienkiewicz, in old Babicach, with the construction of a rainwater drainage system for the drainage of the car park, the construction of street lighting, the construction of fencing and the maintenance of bicycles, the extension of existing culverts and the construction of a walking distance from ul. Sienkiewicz, ul. Afternoon in old Babicach. The total investment costs of the project amount to PLN 2 123 523,79, including eligible costs of PLN 1.959.518,37 and ineligible costs amount to PLN 75.030. The proposed amount of ERDF co-financing is PLN 1.567.614,69, i.e. 80 % of the eligible costs of the project. The project involves building construction, investment supervision and project promoters. The project will contribute to the objective of reducing air pollutant emissions and will contribute to the development of sustainable multimodal urban mobility in the region. As a result of the construction of the car parks, there will be a reduction in the use of private cars to travel to work, to schools or to shopping in Warsaw and to return home, which will contribute to reducing emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases from linear sources caused by increased road traffic. As a result of the project, 2 “park and ride” parking areas will be built in Płock and the old Babics with parking places for passenger cars in 137, including 10 places adapted to the needs of disabled people and bike posts (Bike & Ride). It has been estimated that 19.144 cars will benefit from parking in both “park and ride” car parks. (English) | |||

Planowany do realizacji projekt obejmuje: 1. Budowę parkingu „Parkuj i Jedź” dla pojazdów osobowych i rowerów w Płochocinie przy ul. Długiej w gminie Ożarów Mazowiecki, zjazdu publicznego z drogi gminnej wraz z przebudową rowu przydrożnego oraz zagospodarowanie terenu. 2. Budowę parkingu „Parkuj i Jedź” dla pojazdów osobowych i rowerów przy ul. Sienkiewicza w Starych Babicach wraz z budową kanalizacji deszczowej dla potrzeb odwodnienia parkingu, budową oświetlenia ulicznego, budową ogrodzenia i miejsca obsługi rowerów, przedłużeniem istniejących przepustów oraz budowę ciągu pieszo – rowerowego na odcinku od ul. Sienkiewicza do ul. Polnej w Starych Babicach. Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne projektu wynoszą 2 123 523,79 PLN, w tym koszty kwalifikowane wynoszą 1.959.518,37 zł, a koszty niekwalifikowane wynoszą 75.030 zł. Wnioskowana wartość dofinansowania ze środków EFRR jest na poziomie 1.567.614,69 zł tj. 80% kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu. W ramach projektu zaplanowano prace budowlane, montażowe nadzór inwestorki i promocje projektu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu głównego jakim jest redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza oraz wpłynie na rozwój zrównoważonej multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej w regionie. W wyniku budowy parkingów nastąpi ograniczenie użytkowania samochodów prywatnych do przemieszania się do pracy, szkoły czy na zakupy do Warszawy oraz powrotu do domu, co przyczyni się do zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz gazów cieplarnianych pochodzenia antropogenicznego ze źródeł liniowych spowodowanych przez zwiększony ruch drogowy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną wybudowane 2 parkingi „Parkuj i Jedź” w Płochocinie i Starych Babicach z miejscami parkingowymi dla samochodów osobowych 137 szt., w tym 10 miejsc przystosowanych do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych i stanowiskami dla rowerów (Bike&Ride) 94 szt. Oszacowano, że z miejsc parkingowych na obu parkingach „Parkuj i Jedź” skorzysta rocznie 19.144 samochodów (Polish)
