The purpose of the investment is to carry out research to bring to the market new products with characteristics that have so far not been available on the market. The activities will result in a range of new solutions dedicated to individual and institutional consumers in terms of: — social housing based on standard 15 m² of container designs with a possible extension (meeting the requirements for passive houses) — bulky anti-static specialised containers (server rooms, hot spot points, meteorological stations, hospital rooms for hospitals or forces) — designled exhibition based on lightweight carrier structures All the above products will be based on modular construction which allows for the free combination of individual elements in order to expand the area. In order to do so, it will be necessary to carry out studies on the development of the author’s connecting structures both in relation to the steel elements (elimination of thermal bridges) as well as on the various wall elements. In addition to the above solutions, the following should be considered as innovative research areas: The design of the design of the design of the design of the walls of the wall heating panels which are designed to incorporate green materials from recycling. Development of systems for monitoring and responding to comfort and safety of end users — development of smart interactive solutions for facility infrastructure management — development of additional heating systems based on renewable energy recovery and their storage. All these products and solutions require industrial and development work together with the Research Unit. The research areas identified in the project have been drawn up on the basis of the experience gained so far by the partners and by the applicant. (English) | |||

Przedmiot inwestycji dotyczy przeprowadzenia prac badawczych, których celem będzie wprowadzenie na rynek nowych produktów o charakterystyce do tej pory niedostępnej na rynku. Wynikiem przeprowadzonych działań będzie gama nowych rozwiązań dedykowanych odbiorcom indywidualnym oraz instytucjonalnym w postaci: - mieszkania socjalnych wytworzonych na podstawie konstrukcji kontenerowych o standardowych wymiarach 15 m2 z możliwością rozbudowy (spełniających wymagania dla domów pasywnych ) - antystatyczne kontenery specjalistyczne o szerokim przeznaczeniu (serwerownie, punkty hot spot, stacje meteorologiczne, pomieszczenia mobilne dla szpitali lub wojsk) - designerskie pawilony wystawowe oparte na lekkiej konstrukcji nośnej Wszystkie ww. produkty będą oparte na modułowej budowie pozwalającej na swobodne łączenie poszczególnych elementów w celu rozbudowy danej powierzchni. W tym celu konieczne będzie przeprowadzenia badań w zakresie opracowania autorskich konstrukcji łączeniowych zarówno w stosunku do elementów stalowych (wyeliminowanie mostków cieplnych) jak również poszczególnych elementów ściennych. Oprócz ww. rozwiązań za innowacyjne obszary badawcze należy uznać: -opracowanie wzorów autorskich paneli grzewczych ściennych stanowiących obudowę konstrukcji wykorzystujących ekologiczne materiały pochodzące z recyklingu. - opracowanie systemów monitorowania i reagowania zwiększających komfort i bezpieczeństwo odbiorców końcowych - opracowanie inteligentnych rozwiązań interaktywnych do zarządzania infrastrukturą obiektu - opracowanie dodatkowych systemów grzewczych opartych na odzysku energii z OZE oraz ich magazynowania. Wszystkie ww. produkty oraz rozwiązania wymagają przeprowadzenia prac przemysłowych i rozwojowych wspólnie z Jednostką Naukowo Badawczą. Wskazane w projekcie obszary badawcze zostały opracowane na podstawie dotychczasowych doświadczeń ww. partnerów oraz wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
