With a focus on the implementation of active inclusion services for families, unemployed persons, people with small capacity, a social contract or a document containing elements of contract socjal./KD3/. will be signed with each UP. This support will be provided to the relevant OPS/KD7/. Support carried out on a scale of: social (strengthening and acquisition of social skills, resourcefulness, autonomy and social activity), vocational (assistance in the adoption of decisions/amendments to the profession, equipment for the profession and qualifications of the profession, equipment for the job and qualifications of the profession and skills for the labour market, aid for the maintenance of intoxication), education (increase in the level of intoxication, increase in the level of intoxication, adaptability of the labour market). The programme consists of the achievement of the objectives of the pear and the turkey targets, taking into account analysis of needs, barriers, expectations of potential UP, as well as the establishment of a re-integration path for each OP after the eligibility to proj./KD4/. Proj indicators: skills increase of 24 UP/22 % of 105; employment in employment by 32 UP/30 % of 105 osób/; search for work after leaving proj. 59 UP/56 % of 105 osób/, 6 ON supported/KD9/. Proj. Projekt w partnerstwie wielosektorowym /KMS2/ zakłada wielowymiarowe wsparcie 105 osób /60K 45M/, zamieszkałych na teren woj. mazow., w Dzielnicy Bielany m. st. Warszawy, zagrożonych ubóstwem/wyklucz.społ., doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ. rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż 1 z przesłanek, o których mowa w „Wyt. w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ. i zwalczania ubóstwa…2014-20”, w okresie 1.11.2017 r. – 30.06.2019 r./KD1/. Preferowane osoby korzystające z PO PŻ /KD5/. Proj. koncentruje się na realizacji usług aktywnej integracji dla rodzin, osób pozostających bez pracy, osób z małymi umiejęt. społ. z każdym UP będzie podpisany kontrakt socjalny lub dok. zawierający elementy kontraktu socjal./KD3/. W przyp.objęcia wsparciem osób/rodzin będących klientami OPS infor. o uzuskanych efektach tego wsparcia wraz z rekomend. zostanie przekaz. do właściwego terenowo OPS/KD7/.
