Under type 2, a 60-UP (32K) TSO for the use of occupational Radom (the K) in Radom, which is threatened by poverty or/or exclusion, and their families. Deaths from DK. minimum 50 % state with disabilities. At the level of the support in the frame of the os. os. os. os. (50 % UP), their preferred aid profiles will be eligible for the 3 rd profile of the aid referred to in the first paragraph of this paragraph. The purpose of the project is to take into account the inclusion of a social player. 60 UP by bringing them up to 12 mc each other and the complex of carers. UP. The aim of all these tasks is to increase the chances of employment, excluded and threatened with social exclusion and the prevention of social exclusion and poverty. Support 60 of the PRP projects will take place on the basis of the pathway established by the Indigen. for each UP, taking into account the number of prot., resources, potential, preys and jobs. Pr. realiz. w ramach typu 2, skierow.do 60UP(32K) podopiecznych OPS w Radomiu zagroż.ubóstwem lub/i wyklucz. społ. oraz ich rodzin,zamiesz. na ter.pow. radomskiego (obszar defaworyz.), przy czym prefer.do obj. wsparciem będą os. lub rodziny korzystające z POPŻ, a zakr.wsparcia dla tych osób lub rodzin nie będzie powielał dział.,kt. dana os. lub rodzina otrzymała lub otrzymuje z PO PŻ. Zg. z DK. min. 50% UP stanonią os. z niepełnosprawnościami. W przypadku obj. wsparciem w ramach pr. os. bezrob.(50%UP) preferowane będą os. zakwalifikowane do III profilu pomocy zg. z ust. o prom.zatrudn. i inst. rynku pr. Celem pr. jest fakt.reintegracja społ.-eduk-zawod.60 UP poprzez objęcie ich 12 mc zindywidual. i kompleks. wsparciem wzmacn.opiekuńczo-wychow.funkcje rodziny oraz podnoszącym aktywn. społ-eduk-zawod. UP. Wszystk.przewidziane w pr. zadania mają na celu zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie os. wykluczonych i zagroż.wyklucz. społ. oraz zapobieganie zjawisku wyklucz.społ. i ubóstwa. Wsparcie 60 UP obj. pr. odbędzie się na podst. ścieżki stworzonej indywid. dla każdego UP, z uwzględn. syt. prob.lub zagroż. syt. prob., zasobów, potencjału, predysp. i potrzeb- oprac. Indywid. Ścieżki Reintegracji. Każdy UP podpisze kontrakt socjalny lub dokument zawierający element. Analogiczne do kontraktu socjalnego. Pr. realiz. w partn. z właśc. teryt. OPS- OPS w Radomiu (partner), jednocześnie Wnioskodawca deklaruje współpracę w zakr.rekrut.
