The aim of the project is to increase the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of education at the SE Technical College in Płock, in particular in the field of cooperation with employers, through the implementation of an educational programme for 49 class III pupils (24 girls and 25 boys) in the period X.2016-IX.2017. Support shall cover the activities resulting from the School’s needs diagnosis carried out and approved by the Authority: specialised advisory activities (soft competence support), industrial activities with employers, training, work placements with employers beyond education (with a particular focus on cooperation with employers established in previous 2007-2013 projects) and networking measures (Local Government Council). The project uses 2 final innovative products from the HC OP, supports pupils from disadvantaged groups and leaves for the needs of the local/regional labour market, taking into account the smart specialisation of the region (IT sector, agro-food sector, quality of life). The project is designed to improve the chances of future graduates on the labour market, to minimise the fear of contact with employers and to work in real positions, to reduce the risk of losing future employment due to the obsolescence of qualifications and their mismatch with the needs of the labour market, the acquisition of soft competences such as creativity, innovation, the ability to work in a group or to build a client-oriented project będzie:liczba of students who have increased the level of knowledge/skills/qualifications outside the scope of education; who have acquired a professional experience as a result of their participation in the internship programme; who have increased the level of soft competences; number of schools participating in traineeships and engaging with institutions in the social economy. The project is in line with the principle of equal opportunities between K and M, the principle of non-discrimination, sustainable development and the objective of promoting white food and environmental protection.     Celem projektu jest wzrost jakości, efektywności i skuteczności kształcenia w Technikum ZDZ w Płocku, w szczególności w zakresie współpracy z pracodawcami, poprzez wdrożenie programu edukacyjnego dla 49 uczniów klas III(24 dziewcząt i 25 chłopców)w okresie X.2016-IX.2017. Wsparcie obejmuje działania wynikające z przeprowadzonej i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący Diagnozy potrzeb Szkoły: specjalistyczne zajęcia doradcze(wsparcie kompetencji miękkich), zajęcia branżowe z pracodawcami, szkolenia, staże zawodowe u pracodawców wykraczające poza zakres kształcenia zaw.(ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem współpracy z pracodawcami nawiązanej w toku wcześniejszych projektów z lat 2007-2013)oraz działania sieciujące (Samorządowa Rada Szkolnictwa Zawodowego). Projekt wykorzystuje 2 produkty finalne projektu innowac.z POKL, wspiera uczniów z grup defaworyzowanych i odpow.na potrzeby lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy z uwzględnieniem inteligentnych specjalizacji regionu(sektor IT, rolno-spożywczy, wysoka jakość życia). Wsparcie w projekcie ma za zadanie zwiększyć szanse przyszłych absolwentów na rynku pracy, zminimalizować obawy zw.z kontaktem z pracodawcami i pracą na realnym stanowisku, zmniejszyć ryzyko utraty przyszłego zatrudnienia wskutek dezaktualizacji kwalifikacji i niedostosowania ich do potrzeb rynku pracy, nabycie kompetencji miękkich takich jak kreatywność, innowacyjność, umiejętność pracy w grupie czy budowania relacji z klientem.Wskaźnikiem projektu będzie:liczba uczniów, którzy zwiększyli poziom wiedzy/umiejętności/kwalifikacji wykraczających poza zakres kształcenia zaw.; którzy zdobyli doświadczenie zawod.w wyniku udziału w programie staży; którzy zwiększyli poziom kompetencji miękkich; liczba szkół uczestniczących w stażach oraz które nawiązały współpracę z instytucjami z otoczenia społ.-gospodarczego.
