The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Lipsko district. The project is aimed at 270 people (157K, 113M) of the unemployed aged 30 and over in the PUP in the Lipsko County. The target group of the project will be those of one or more of the following disadvantaged groups: 157K women, persons with a low qualification — 122 persons (40K, 82M), persons with a disability — 6 persons (5K, 1M), the long-term unemployed — 20 persons (10K, 10M), persons aged 50 and over — 25 persons (5K, 20M), and men between 30 and 49 years of age between and 0. The target group will be 20 persons (5K, 15M) to be supported in the project only in the form of one-off measures for setting up a business (after the use of labour market services). Within the framework of the PLO project, it will finance the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The provision of support will always be preceded by a thorough analysis of the skills, suitability, professional problems of the project participant and the development or update of the IPD. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with ESF measures in the area of the labour market 2014-2020. Within the framework of the project, at least three cost forms of support will be implemented to engage in professional activation, and job matching and/or occupational guidance will be an obligatory form of support. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie lipskim. Projekt skierowany jest do 270 osób (157K,113M) bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP pozostających bez pracy w powiecie lipskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będą osoby należące do co najmniej jednej z grup defaworyzowanych: kobiety– 157K, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach– 122 osoby(40K,82M), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami– 6 osoby (5K,1M), osoby długotrwale bezrobotne– 20 osób (10K,10M), osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej– 25 osób (5K,20M) oraz mężczyźni pomiędzy 30 a 49 rokiem życia– 0 osób. Wśród grupy docelowej będzie 20 osoby (5K,15M), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu PUP będzie finansował usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Udzielenie w/w wsparcia każdorazowo będzie poprzedzone pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu oraz opracowaniem bądź aktualizacją IPD. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014–2020. W ramach projektu w celu aktywizacji zawodowej realizowane będą co najmniej trzy kosztowe formy wsparcia, przy czym pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe będą obligatoryjną formą wsparcia.
