The project will carry out an investment in the area of improving the energy efficiency of the building — the local authority of the Wąsewo. The optimal thermal modernisation option will include: Insulation of the site: outer walls and costume over the last floor, replacement of external doors; — replacement of lighting with energy efficient; The application of the weather control to the central heating furnace; — the installation of vertical and thermostatic valves (thermostats) on the central heating system; Installation of photovoltaic panels with associated infrastructure and metering. The investment will improve the energy efficiency of the public building — deep energy renovation combined with the use of renewable energy sources (as part of the project). The main objective of the project is to reduce air pollution in the territory of the municipality and the rational use of energy, which will directly improve the living conditions of the inhabitants, improve the image of the municipality and increase the investment attractiveness of the municipality and, in the long term, translate into the development of the municipality. STEPS: And the phase — the conceptual implementation of the comprehensive design, the development of a thermo-modernisation concept together with proposals for detailed solutions, preparation of a detailed estimate and a bill of quantities. II — design of the complete technical documentation of the project construction project, i.e. the technical design with cost investor III — pre-construction of the financial assembly — pre-construction of the financial installation — obtaining the funding of the project from European aid and other IV phases — the preparatory person responsible for the project who will perform the selection of individual contractors, the phase V phase of the planning of the main contractor, preparation of the area for investment, etc., and promotion VI phase — operational use of upgraded infrastructure (English)

    W ramach przedmiotowego projektu będzie realizowana inwestycja z zakresu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku – Urzędu Gminy Wąsewo. Wariant optymalny termomodernizacji będzie obejmował: -ocieplenie obiektu: ścian zewnętrznych oraz stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych; -wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne; -zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej do pieca centralnego ogrzewania; -instalacja zaworów podpionowych i termostatycznych (termostaty) na instalacji centralnego ogrzewania; -montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i opomiarowaniem. Inwestycja będzie z zakresu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej – głęboka modernizacja energetyczna połączona z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii (jako elementu projektu). Głównym celem projektu jest bowiem zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza na terenie gminy oraz racjonalne wykorzystanie energii co bezpośrednio przełoży się na poprawę warunków życia mieszkańców, spowoduje poprawę wizerunku gminy i wzrost atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej gminy, a co w dłuższej perspektywie czasowej przełoży się na rozwój Gminy. ETAPY: I faza – koncepcyjna wykonanie kompleksowej dok.projektowej, opracowanie koncepcji termomodernizacji wraz z propozycjami szczegółowych rozwiązań, przygotowanie szczegółowego kosztorysu szacunkowego i przedmiaru. II – projektowa przygotowanie kompletnej dokumentacji techniczno – budowlanej projektu tj. projekt techniczny wraz z koszt.inwestorskim III – wstępna konstruowanie montażu finansowego – pozyskanie dofinansowania przedsięwzięcia z europejskich środków pomocowych i innych IV faza – przygotowawcza osoba odpowiedzialna za projekt, która będzie wykonywała czynności wyboru poszczególnych wykonawców, V faza – wykonawcza planowanie pracy przez głównego wykonawcę, przygotowanie terenu pod inwestycje itp. oraz prowadzenie działań promocyjnych VI faza – eksploatacyjna użytkowanie zmodernizowanej infrastruktury (Polish)
