The project under consideration is to carry out modernisation works aimed at preparing an investment project covering the modernisation works to improve the energy efficiency of the education facilities located in Wieliszewo and Janówki I by at least 25 % relative to the existing situation. The scope of the project derives from the energy audit carried out and includes all possible solutions that contribute to lower energy consumption and thus reduce pollutant emissions, including CO2 emissions. All expenditure on the eligible side is in line with the Rules of Procedure of Competition No RPMA.04.02.00-IP.01-14-006/15, ROP MP 2014-2020, Priority Axis IV, Transition to a low carbon economy, Action 4.2 Energy efficiency, Type of projects: Thermo-modernisation of public utilities. following an in-depth analysis of the state of existing and possible measures to be taken to assess their effectiveness, a selection of the optimal option has been made, which includes: — insulation of external walls -change in window frames, a multi-lighting installation -change lighting — an installation of photo panels, and thermal modernisation works will be carried out in buildings belonging to the School Complex in Wieliszewo: Main, Internale II, IV, V, laundry, workshops, Primary School in Janówko, Primary School in Wieliczka. The total surface area of buildings covered by the thermal refurbishment is 7 662 m². The project will save 3345,54 GJ of heat and 52.6 MWh/year of electricity, an estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 329,03 tonnes of CO2/rok, a reduction of 1 169 550.09 kWh/year in annual primary energy consumption in public buildings. The project will be verified after it has been completed on the basis of an ex-post audit. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem analizowanego projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac modernizacyjnych, mających na celu przygotowanie przedsięwzięcia inwestycyjnego obejmującego zakresem prace związane z przeprowadzeniem modernizacji zwiększających efektywność energetyczną obiektów oświatowych zlokalizowanych w Wieliszewie oraz Janówku I o co najmniej 25% w stosunku do stanu istniejącego. Zakres rzeczowy projektu wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego i obejmuje wszystkie możliwe rozwiązania przyczyniające się do zmniejszenia zużycia energii i tym samym ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń, w tym CO2. Wszystkie wydatki po stronie kosztów kwalifikowalnych zgodne są z Regulaminem konkursu nr RPMA.04.02.00-IP.01-14-006/15, RPO WM na lata 2014-2020, Oś priorytetowa IV, Przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną Działanie 4.2 Efektywność energetyczna, Typ projektów: Termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej.Po przeprowadzeniu dogłębnej analizy stanu istniejącego oraz możliwych działań do podjęcia, ocenie ich efektywności, dokonano wyboru optymalnego wariantu, który swoim zakresem obejmuje: -Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych -Wymianę stolarki okiennej -Modernizację systemu grzewczego -Wymianę oświetlenia -Instalację paneli fotowaltaicznych Prace termomodernizacyjne prowadzoną będą w budynkach należących do Zespołu Szkół w Wieliszewie: Budynku Głównym, Internacie II, IV, V, Pralni, Warsztatach, Szkole Podstawowej w Janówku, Szkole Podstawowej w Wieliszewie. Łączna powierzchnia budynków objętych termomodernizzacją wynosi 7662 m2. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zaoszczędzenie 3345,54 GJ energii cieplnej oraz 52,6MWh/rok energii elektrycznej, szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych to 329,03 tony równoważnika CO2/rok, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych wyniesie 1169550,09 kWh/rok. Założenia projektu zweryfikowane zostaną po jego zakończeniu na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu ex-post. (Polish)
