Kluczowe rezultaty: a)Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-311 b) Liczba osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-94 c) Liczba osób w wieku 25 lat i więcej, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-311 Grupą docelową projektu są 444 osoby (245K,199M)w wieku 25 lat i więcej o niskich kwalifikacjach i zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć podnoszenia, uzupełniania i potwierdzenia umiejętności z zakresu ICT z terenu województwa lubelskiego. W skład GD wejdą wyłącznie osoby posiadające wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie.
