The main aim of the planned investment is to improve the quality of the social services provided by improving energy efficiency in public buildings. The project deliverables expressed in terms of result indicators are: Amount of heat energy saved 7142,44 GJ/year; The estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) of 891,68 tonnes CO2/rok; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 2 584 716.95 kWh/year. Under the option the following scope of work is planned: Gynaecological-obstetrics system for the replacement of doors for energy-efficient insulation of external walls The replacement of windows for six compartment windows is replaced by a full modernisation of the interior wall. the replacement of parts of window openings and replacement of the remaining windows into a new energy-efficient wall of window openings and replacement of the remaining windows into a new energy efficient indoor wall for a new energy-efficient performance of the replacement of external walls ZS1 on the replacement of a new steel envelope with a new installation for the ventilation of the ventilation unit — new installation: radiators, levels and insulation of external walls Following the public consultation of the Low Carbon Economy Programme, one of the proposals was to reduce emissions by means of a deep renovation of the administrative building. The solutions used in the project will protect the environment, reduce the cost of living in the building and improve the quality of life of the target group. (English) | |||

Celem głównym planowanej inwestycji jest podniesienie jakości świadczonych usług społecznych dzięki poprawie efektywności energetycznej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej 7142,44 GJ/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) 891,68 tony CO2/rok; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 2 584 716,95 kWh/rok. W ramach wariantu zaplanowano następujący zakres prac: Oddział ginekologiczno-położniczy Kompleksowa modernizacja systemu c.o. Wymiana drzwi na energooszczędne Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych Wymiana okien na sześciokomorowe Docieplenie stropodachu Oddział kardiologiczny Kompleksowa modernizacja systemu c.o. Wymiana drzwi na energooszczędne Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych Zamurowanie części otworów okiennych i wymiana pozostałych okien na sześciokomorowe Docieplenie stropodachu ZS NR 2 - Rej Wymiana centralnego ogrzewania tj grzejników, pionów i poziomów C.O. Zamurowanie części otworów okiennych, a część wymiana stolarki okiennej na nową Wymiana drzwi na nowe energooszczędne Wykonanie nowego pokrycia z papy termozgrzewalnej na stropodachu wentylowanym- dwie warstwy Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ZS1 wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych drewnianych na nowe stalowe Wykonanie nowego pokrycia z papy termozgrzewalnej na stropodachu wentylowanym- dwie warstwy Wymiana części stolarki okiennej na nową Remont instalacji C.O. - nowa instalacja: grzejniki, poziomy i piony Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych W wyniku konsultacji społecznych Programu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej jednym z wniosków było zmniejszenie emisji poprzez głęboka termomodernizację budynku administracyjnego. Zastosowane w projekcie rozwiązania i technologie pozwolą na ochronę środowiska naturalnego, zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania budynku, jak również zapewnią wzrost jakości życia grupy docelowej.
