The project concerns the modernisation of the water intake in the town of Rudolf in the municipality of Kamień. The feasibility study shows that the main problem of water consumers in the context of the project is poor water quality (increased iron level) and periodically low water pressure. The entry operator — MPGK Chełm faces problems with the poor functionality of the water treatment facility due to: High degree of wear and tear of the installed high failure equipment); — anachronistic of technological solutions (water tap water pumps directly from the source that need to be overwhelmed by a filtering system, hence falling water pressure in the network for final customers); Energy digestibility due to obsolete equipment and insufficient insulation of the pumping station; Increased labour intensity related to monitoring work on treatment. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and standard of services provided by the water treatment in Rudolf. The tasks planned in the project are mainly of the nature of: Construction works, including the construction of a compensatory tank, thermal insulation of a building; — related to the installation of the equipment, including new filters in the water treatment system, pump II, the degree of water discharge to the water supply network and the system for remote monitoring of the equipment. The target group of the project results shall be: — network users: The 738 people, residents of G. Kamień and Dorohusk will be affected by improvements in the quality of supply and the quality of the water supplied; — the system operator — the management of the treatment will be improved and the operating cost reduction will be reduced; — G. Kamień, who is legally responsible for the municipal management on his territory. The implementation of the project will lead to the achievement of indicators: Result “Repeat the number of people benefiting from an improved water supply”: 738 people; “The daily performance of the water supply built: 50 m³/day; — “Number of water treatment plants supported”: 1. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja ujęcia wody w miejscowości Rudolfin w Gminie Kamień. Z przeprowadzonej w studium wykonalności analizy wynika, że głównym problemem odbiorców wody w kontekście projektu jest niezadowalająca jakość dostarczanej przez ujęcie wody (podwyższony poziom żelaza) oraz okresowo występujące niskie ciśnienie wody. Operator ujęcia - MPGK w Chełmie boryka się z problemami niskiej funkcjonalności obiektu ujęcia wody, z powodu: - wysokiego stopnia zużycia zainstalowanych urządzeń wysoka awaryjność); - anachroniczności rozwiązań technologicznych (do wodociągów tłoczą wodę pompy pobierające wodę bezpośrednio ze źródła, które muszą ją przetłoczyć przez system filtrowania, stąd wynikają spadki ciśnienia wody w sieci dla odbiorców końcowych); - stratność energii w powodu przestarzałych urządzeń oraz niewystarczające izolacji budynku pompowni; - zwiększona pracochłonność związana z dozorem nad pracą ujęcia. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości i standardu usług dostarczanych przez ujęcie wody w Rudolfinie. Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie mają głównie charakter: - prac budowlanych, m.in. budowa zbiornika wyrównawczego, izolacja termiczna budynku; - oraz związanych z instalacją urządzeń, m.in. nowe filtry w systemie oczyszczania wody, pompy II stopnia tłoczące wodę do sieci wodociągowej oraz system zdalnego monitoringu pracy urządzeń. Grupą docelową efektów projektu są: - użytkownicy sieci: 738 osób, mieszkańców G. Kamień i Dorohusk - odczują poprawę jakości dostaw oraz jakości dostarczanej wody; - operator systemu - nastąpi usprawnienie zarządzania ujęciem oraz obniżka kosztów eksploatacyjnych; - G. Kamień, która jest ustawowo odpowiedzialna za gospodarkę komunalną na swoim terenie. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do osiągnięcia wskaźników: - rezultatu "Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę": 738 osób; "Wydajność dobowa wybudowanych ujęć wody: 50 m3/dobę; - produktu "Liczba wspartych stacji uzdatniania wody": 1.
