The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the environment, diversify energy supplies and enhance energy security. The project will set up solar collectors kits (2, 3 and 4 of the panel) on the buildings of the municipality of Radzyn Podul, with a total of 532 sets (1470 panels) with a capacity of 1.82133 MW. 2100 solar collectors will be used for solar collectors. in addition, the project will include 40 biomass boilers (wood, pellet, wood briquettes, wood waste, straw) in residential buildings and 1 boiler/useful building (Siedleców Association) -total power of 750 kW (number of beneficiaries: EUR 156). A website will be created to promote renewable energy sources, to implement and promote clean energy solutions, services and products and to promote the municipality as a clean energy centre in a peripheral area. The project will also implement the ICT system, which will, inter alia, collect and store in a central database information about renewable energy installations, energy production in individual installations, monitor the fight against. RES and, if necessary, notify certain system users of abnormal or interrupted installation work, manage the instal. (introduction into the system of new installations, changes to their characteristics, etc.), generate reports on the quantities produced by certain groups of installations (e.g. by type of installation, location) of energy during specific periods, visualisation of the positioning of the installation on the map, with the possibility of being symbolic by type, power, etc. The project is consistent with the “air quality programme for the Lubelskie area”, which aims to improve air quality to limit and target levels, by reducing emissions from individual heating systems by creating and implementing a system of incentives for their elimination or replacement.     Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego, dywersyfikacja dostaw energii oraz zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. W ramach projektu zostaną zamontowane zestawy kolektorów słonecznych (2, 3 i 4 panelowe) na budynkach mieszkańców gminy Radzyń Podl,łącznie 532 zestawy (1470 paneli) o mocy 1,82133MW. Z kolektorów słonecznych będzie korzystać ok.2100 os.Ponadto w ramach projektu zostanie zainstalowanych 40 kotłów na biomasę (drewno,pellet,brykiety drzewne,zrębki,odpady drzewne,słoma) na budynkach mieszkalnych oraz 1 kocioł na budynku użyteczn.publ.(Budynek Stowarzyszenia Ewangelizacji i Kultury Siedleckiej w m.Siedlanów)-łączna moc 750 kW (liczba korzystających: 156). Zostanie utworzona podstrona internetowa promująca odnawialne źródła energii - portal ten będzie wdrażał i promował rozwiązania, usługi i produkty czystej energii a także promował gminę jako ośrodek czystej energii na obszarze peryferyjnym. W ramach projektu zostanie także wykonany System TIK,który będzie m.in. zbierać i przechowywać w centralnej bazie danych inform.o instalacjach OZE, produkcji energii w poszczególnych instalacjach, monitorować pracę inst. OZE i w razie konieczności powiadamiać określonych użytkowników systemu o nienormalnych stanach czy przerwach w pracy instalacji, zarządzać instal.(wprowadzanie do systemu nowych urządzeń, wprowadzania zmian ich właściwości itp.), generować raporty dotyczące ilości wyprodukowanej przez określone grupy instalacji (np. wg rodzaju instalacji, lokalizacji) energii w określonych okresach czasu, wizualizować rozmieszczenie instalacji na mapie, z możliwością symbolizacji wg rodzaju, mocy itp. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "Programem ochrony powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej", który celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z indywidualnych systemów grzewczych poprzez stworzenie i realizację systemu zachęt do ich likwidacji lub wymiany na niskoemisyjne.
