The object of the project is the construction of a photovoltaic farm in the town of Sitaiec situated in the town of town of Zamora. Electricity produced by the farm — ca. 95.61 MWh will be used to meet the applicant’s own needs and the excess production will be transferred to the local energy network. The design of the installation will be mounted on the steppe of the coil profiles and on the block frames in the free-standing system. The area of the plot is 4.100 mkw, which will enable 304 units of the PV to be installed. The applicant intends to use the modern and efficient SSunmodule Plus for the SW 290 Mono with 290 Wp (or similar) as well as KACO Good Blueplanets 20.0 TL3-INT in a quantity of 4. This configuration will offer a real force. 83.50 kW (88.28 kW — theoretical power at 100 %). The applicant intends to conclude a contract with a local electricity distributor, i.e. The PGE, thanks to the excess energy contract, will contribute to the urban energy network. The construction of the project (construction of the plant), as well as the subsequent operation of the plant, shall be neutral in the environment. There is no demand for water and waste water generation, no gaseous effluents and any solid and liquid waste. There are also no noise and vibration emissions. The impact of the installation on soil and surface water is set at zero (neutral). (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa farmy fotowoltaicznej w miejscowości Sitaniec Błonie w powiecie zamojskim. Energia elektryczna wytwarzana przez farmę - ok. 95,61 MWh - przeznaczona będzie dla zaspokojenia potrzeb własnych przedsiębiorstwa wnioskodawcy, zaś nadwyżki produkcji przekazywane będą do lokalnej sieci energetycznej. Projektowana instalacja zamocowana będzie na stelażach z profili ceowych i kształtowników kapeluszowych w systemie wolnostojącym. Powierzchnia działki wynosi 4.100 mkw., co umożliwi zainstalowanie 304 szt. paneli PV. Wnioskodawca zamierza wykorzystać nowoczesne i wydajne panele typu Sunmodule Plus SW 290 Mono o mocy 290 Wp (lub podobne), a także inwertery fotowoltaiczne typu KACO Good Blueplanet 20.0 TL3-INT w ilości 4 szt. Taka konfiguracja oferować będzie rzeczywistą moc ok. 83,50 kW (88,28 kW - moc teoretyczna przy sprawności 100%). Wnioskodawca zamierza zawrzeć umowę z lokalnym dystrybutorem energii elektrycznej, tj. PGE o. Zamość - dzięki umowie nadwyżki energii będą zasilały miejską sieć energetyczną. Realizacja projektu (budowa elektrowni), a także późniejsza eksploatacja obiektu, są neutralne na środowiska. Nie występuje zapotrzebowanie na wodę i wytwarzanie ścieków, brak zanieczyszczeń gazowych i jakichkolwiek odpadów stałych i płynnych. Brak również emisji hałasu i wibracji. Wpływ instalacji na glebę i wody powierzchniowe i podpowierzchniowe określono na zerowy (neutralny). (Polish)
