This material will, by reason of its properties, create completely new products. The project as a whole will be carried out as part of one investment task. In order to be fully effective, new staff will be recruited. In total, it is planned to attract 17 new people, all working on a full-time basis. This will imply a significant increase in the business potential of Plantwear which employed 3 people in 2015. The new product will be sold on the Polish market and in other European countries. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w zakresie nowego materiału jakim jest nowy rodzaj sklejki. Materiał ten z racji na swoje właściwości pozwoli stworzyć zupełnie nowe produkty. Całość projektu zostanie zrealizowana w ramach jednego zadania inwestycyjnego. Zakupiona zostanie linia technologiczna do produkcji zegarków i okularów ze sklejki oraz oprogramowanie od zarządzania zupełnie nową skalą produkcji oraz logistyki na magazynie i w sferze wysyłki. Aby wdrożenie mogło być w pełni skuteczne, pozyskany zostanie nowy personel. W sumie planowane jest pozyskanie 17 nowych osób, wszystkich na etat. Będzie to oznaczało istotny wzrost potencjału firmy Plantwear, która w 2015r, zatrudniała 3 osoby na etacie. Nowe produkt będą sprzedawane na rynku polskim oraz w innych krajach Europy. Docelowo mają stać się głównym obszarem przychodowym w firmie Plantwear. (Polish)
