The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the firm in the Lublin region and on the domestic and Ukrainian markets by introducing a new product into the offer. The main objectives of the project are as follows: Increase in company competitiveness, increase the innovativeness of the company’s technological processes, introduce a new product, increase the company’s workforce by 2. The project involves the purchase of new fully automated machinery and equipment: — trail-forming lines, — sheet pens for sheet, — line for profiling metal forming. In spite of the rather widespread use of flexible bending technologies and a range of innovative solutions in this regard, the process can be significantly improved. Implementation of the project is intended to implement innovative processes of process, product and non-technological solutions that will significantly modernise flexible printing technology on roller profiles. The process of innovation is the introduction of an automatic system of short orders (ASKZ), which provides for the possibility of carrying out contracts with a small number of plates on an automatic basis. In order to dissolve the ASKZ, it is intended to introduce additional measuring meters for the length of plates (encodes), as well as for the upgrading of the control program of profiles and for the upgrading of the whole of the sheet serving system. The standard technologies used to date are inflexible and very often make it impossible to perform a series of short contracts tailored to customers’ individual needs. The product innovation will be the placing on the regional, national and Ukrainian market of a new blackberry with an increased rigidity. The product planned to be implemented is characterised by a rigidity of approximately 8 % in relation to the profiled sheets currently produced, which significantly increases the characteristics of: durability, resistance to distortion, strength.     Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy na Lubelszczyźnie oraz na rynku krajowym i ukraińskim poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu. Podstawowe cele projektu: - wzrost konkurencyjności firmy, - zwiększenie innowacyjności procesów technologicznych stosowanych w firmie, - wprowadzenie nowego produktu, - wzrost zatrudnienia w firmie o 2 pracowników. Projekt zakłada zakup nowych, w pełni zautomatyzowanych maszyn i urządzeń: - linii do tłoczenia trapezu, - zaginarki do blachy, - linii do profilowania blachodachówki. Pomimo dość powszechnego stosowania technologii gięcia blach na profilarkach i szeregu nowatorskich rozwiązań w tym zakresie, proces ten można znacząco ulepszyć. W ramach realizacji projektu planowane jest wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań procesowych, produktowych i nietechnologicznych, które znacząco zmodernizują technologię gięcia na profilarkach rolkowych. Innowacją procesową jest wprowadzenie automatycznego systemu krótkich zamówień (ASKZ), który zakłada możliwość wykonania zamówień z niewielkiej ilości blachy w trybie automatycznym. W rozwiązaniu ASKZ planowane jest wprowadzenie dodatkowych liczników pomiaru długości blachy (enkoderów), a także przebudowę programu sterującego profilarkami oraz przebudowę całego układu podawania blachy. Standardowe dotychczas stosowane technologie są mało elastyczne i bardzo często uniemożliwiają wykonanie serii krótkich zamówień, dostosowanych do indywidualnych potrzeb klientów. Innowacją produktową będzie wprowadzenie na rynek regionalny, krajowy i ukraiński nowej blachówki o podwyższonej sztywności. Planowany do wdrożenia produkt charakteryzuje się sztywnością większą o około 8% w stosunku do obecnie produkowanych blach profilowanych, co znacząco podnosi cechy użytkowe takie jak: trwałość, odporność na zniekształcenia, wytrzymałość.
