The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of vocational training, in cooperation with the environment environment, in the School Complex of Upper Secondary Schools in Szczers in order to improve the employability of students as future graduates and to improve the responsiveness of education to the needs of the labour market by: the professional and professional growth of 84 TI and ZZZ (30K and 54M) students — participants in internships, traineeships and specialist activities, improving the status and acquisition and upgrading of the professional qualifications of 9 teachers (5K and 4M) — participants in training and postgraduate studies, for the provision of professional equipment and for the development of educational and professional counselling in the period from 1.04.2018 to 30.09.2019. These employers will organise work placements for 84 pupils (at a minimum of 150 h). computer graphics. 2d and 3D (40 h), ICT in the run. (32 h), the course of the manual drawing, the colour and the tree of selected trees and bushes (20h) and the landscape of the small landscape architecture — 3D projects and printing (20h). Workshops will be held in the context of the education and conduct of business. (for pupils ZZ) — 12h and an Indian activity with an advisor. (for students, TI and SSF), after 3h. The teaching activities will be accompanied by training trips to: The Della factory in Łódź and the Arboretum in Wojszickach. Teachers — participants in the project will improve their skills, acquire and improve their skills through participation in post-graduate studies and training. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie we współpracy z otoczeniem społ.-gosp., jakości kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Szczercowie ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów jako przyszłych absolwentów oraz lepsze dostosowanie kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez: wzrost umiej. i kompetencji zawodowych 84 uczniów TI i ZSZ (30K i 54M) - uczestników staży, praktyk i zajęć specjalistycznych, udoskonalenie umiej. oraz nabycie i podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 9 nauczycieli (5K i 4M) - uczestników szkoleń i studiów podyplomowych, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz rozwój doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, w okresie od 1.04.2018 do 30.09.2019 r. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca nawiąże współpracę z instytucjami otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego. U tych pracodawców zorganizowane zostaną staże zawodowe dla 84 uczniów (w wymiarze min. 150 h).Uczestn. projektu (uczniowie TI), w ramach doskonal. umiejętn. otrzymają także wsparcie w formie kursów i szkoleń: grafiki komput. 2D i 3D (40 h), ICT w prowadz. działal. gospod. (32 h), kursu rysunku odręcznego - barwa i pokroje wybranych drzew i krzewów (20h) i obiekty małej architektury krajobrazu - projekty i druk 3D (20h). W ramach doradz. edukac.-zaw. odbędą się warsztaty w zakresie zakład. i prowadz. własnej działaln. gospod. (dla uczniów ZSZ) - 12h oraz indyw. zajęcia z doradcą zaw. (dla uczniów TI i ZSZ) - po 3h. Uzupełn. zajęć dla ucz. będą wycieczki edukac. do: Fabryki Della w Łodzi i Arboretum w Wojsławicach. Nauczyciele - uczestn. projektu będą doskonalić swoje umiejętn., nabywać i podnosić kwalif. zaw. poprzez udział w studiach podyplom. oraz szkol. z zakresu obsługi zakup. sprzętu.
