As part of the project, the applicant has planned thermal modernisation of the commercial and services building with the installation of micro-photovoltaic equipment. Based on the resulting energy audit, the selection of the optimal technological option within the project will be achieved, inter alia: modernisation of the heating system, modernisation of lighting, replacement of steel and wooden window frames, replacement of door frames, replacement of an industrial gate, insulation of roof and floor, wall insulation of the wall, insulation of wall panels with polyurethane foam core, installation of a photovoltaic installation, installation of a power management system. The main target group of the project remains the applicant’s employees and the local society, whose energy efficiency improvement will mean real benefits in reducing the environmental impact of the company, inter alia in reducing heat demand, reducing electricity consumption, reducing CO2, and reducing dust and gases. For the planned investment, the applicant has already obtained the required administrative decisions — no objections from the authority for the notification of the intention to execute the construction work decision AB.6743.1.399.2018 issued by the Starole toderiowski on 28.05.2018. as a result of the project, a thermal renovation of the building with a useful surface area of 2 150.35 m² will be carried out, and one installation (one power generation unit) of RES, a micro-solar installation of 39.15 kW and one installation for the production of heat from RES, will be installed — installation of a biomass boiler (pelet). The conclusion of the grant agreement will ensure that the indicator is implemented by the number of enterprises receiving support (CI1). The funding for the project will come from a loan of PLN 600.000,00 granted to the applicant in the form of the Notarial Chamber A No 3692/2018 and from its own resources. (English) | |||

W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zaplanował termomodernizację budynku handlowo-usługowego wraz z montażem mikro instalacji fotowoltaicznej. W oparciu o wynikający z opracowanego audytu energetycznego wybór optymalnego wariantu technologicznego w ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane m.in.: modernizacja instalacji c.o., modernizacja oświetlenia, wymiana stolarki okiennej stalowej i drewnianej, wymiana stolarki drzwiowej, wymiana bramy przemysłowej, docieplenie dachu i stropodachu, docieplenie ścian od zewnątrz styropianem, docieplenie ścian płytą warstwową z rdzeniem z pianki poliuretanowej, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, montaż systemu zarządzania energią. Główną grupą docelową projektu pozostają pracownicy wnioskodawcy oraz lokalne społeczeństwo, dla których wykonanie poprawy efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa będzie oznaczało realne korzyści związane ze zmniejszeniem oddziaływania przedsiębiorstwa na środowisko naturalne wyrażonego m.in. w zmniejszeniu zapotrzebowania na ciepło, zmniejszeniu zużycia energii elektrycznej, redukcji CO2 oraz redukcji pyłów i gazów do atmosfery. Dla planowanej inwestycji Wnioskodawca uzyskał już wymagane decyzje administracyjne - brak sprzeciwu organu dla zgłoszenia zamiaru wykonania robót budowlanych Decyzja AB.6743.1.399.2018 wydana przez Starostę Tomaszowskiego dnia 28.05.2018 r. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie przeprowadzona termomodernizacja budynku o powierzchni użytkowej 2 150,35 m2, oraz zostanie wykonana jedna instalacja (jedna jednostka wytwarzania energii) OZE - mikro instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 39,15 kW oraz jedna instalacja wytwarzania ciepła z OZE - montaż kotła na biomasę (pelet). Zawarcie umowy o dofinansowanie zapewni realizację wskaźnika liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI1). Środki finansowe na realizację projektu będą pochodziły z pożyczki w wysokości 600.000,00 zł udzielonej Wnioskodawcy w formie Aktu Notarialnego za Repertorium A Nr 3692/2018 oraz ze środków własnych.
