Celem przedmiotowego Projektu jest opracowanie nowej strategii Firmy, zmierzającej do jej umiędzynarodowienia. Przedmiotowy model biznesowy będzie zawierał strategię działań dotyczących udziału w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych oraz wprowadzenia nowoczesnych form promocji produktów Firmy. Dzięki temu Wnioskodawca dotrze do nowych rynków zbytu takich jak: Niemcy, Czechy i Belgia, wzmocni się również rozpoznawalność jego marki. Pośród wskaźników należy wskazać, że cele: CO01, CO02, Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe, Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności, Liczba opracowanych nowych modeli biznesowych w zakresie internacjonalizacji zostały określone na poziomie 1. Wskaźnik CO06 został określony na poziomie 17 520,00 PLN, a wskaźnik Liczba zrealizowanych działań w ramach opracowanego modelu biznesowego jest równy 3.
