Recruitment to the project will start in September 2018 and will be directed towards the objectives of the project, the needs of disadvantaged people and people with disabilities. A large number of jobs are offered to the professions: 1. economist technician, 2st trader, 3. food and catering technology, and cooks, 4. tourist technician, 5. graphic and digital printing technology, 6. hotel technician. The activities and selection of the target group are complementary to the activities carried out by our school. At the same time, the scale of these activities will not be reduced compared to our activities during the last 12 months prior to the submission of the application for funding. The implementation of traineeships shall comply with the conditions laid down on the basis of the Guidelines for implementation of projects with ESF resources in the field of education for the period 2014-2020 and set out in the Rules of Procedure. "Celem projektu, jest wynikające z diagnozy instytucjonalnej, podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego 2 szkół Powiatu Zgierskiego od IX.2018 do VIII.2020 poprzez: 1. zwiększenie umiejętności atrakcyjnych na rynku pracy 88 osób. 2. adaptację pomieszczeń na potrzeby nowej pracowni, 3. doposażenie szkoły w nowoczesny sprzęt, przeszkolenie nauczycieli z jego obsług Cel będzie realizowany poprzez: 1. warsztaty (kursy) zawodowe, 2. doradztwo edukacyjno – zawodowe z przygotowaniem do pierwszej pomocy, 3. kurs prawa jazdy kat. B 4. dodatkowe staże zawodowe 5. doposażenie szkoły w nowoczesny sprzęt 6. przeszkolenie nauczycieli z jego obsługi Przygotowany przez nas program odpowiada na potrzeby uczestników i powstał na bazie szerokich konsultacji z organizacjami branżowymi, pracodawcami oraz Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy (otoczenie społeczno-gospodarcze szkoły). Wybrano elementy pozwalające na zdobycie kompetencji oczekiwanych przez pracodawców i sprawne funkcjonowanie na rynku pracy." "W projekcie weźmie udział 93 os. (47K i 46M). Rekrutacja do projektu rozpocznie się we wrześniu 2018 roku i będzie ukierunkowana na cele projektu, potrzeby osób w gorszej sytuacji życiowej oraz osób niepełnosprawnych. Bogata oferta skierowana jest dla zawodów: 1. technika ekonomisty, 2. technika handlowca, 3. technika żywienia i usług gastronomicznych i kucharza, 4. technika obsługi turystycznej, 5. technika grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej, 6. technik hotelarstwa. Zajęcia i wybór grupy docelowej stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez naszą szkołę. Jednocześnie, skala tych działań nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do działań prowadzonych przez nas w okresie 12 ostatnich miesięcy przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie. Realizacja staży jest zgodna z warunkami określonymi na podstawie Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze edukacji na lata 2014-2020 oraz wskazanymi w Regulaminie kon (Polish)
