The project on energy efficiency improvements in public buildings concerns the Primary School in Charlite- Cologne. The building in question is a very energy-intensive building and therefore needs to be interfered with by the municipal authorities which own it. The school will cover the following localities: Charsieges, Charbesieged — Cologne, Jawidz and Spirczyn. The target group of the project is children attending school (57 pupils), as well as parents of children and the staff of the facility (12 teachers and 8 staff). In terms of financial benefits, the project will be the most affected by the authorities of the municipality of Spisczyn and the Directorate of the School who, in a reduced need for primary energy needed to heat the building, heating the water and the electricity from the grid, will suffer a substantial decrease in the cost of maintaining it. The improvement of ambient air quality will be a very important element of the project, as it will diminish its pollination and emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. In addition, the project will contribute globally to improving the quality of duplications — an increase in the use of renewable energy sources for the heating of hot water, the use of energy-efficient lighting, and the thermal renovation of the building at all levels, will result in lower energy needs for the building for heating, the preparation of the CWU and lighting in line with: The air protection programme for the Lubelskie zone and the National Low Carbon Economy Operator Plan. Main tasks to be carried out: the insulation of the outer walls, the insulation of the costume, the insulation of the cperch, the adjustment of the installation (increase the safety of the installation and the adaptation to reduced demand for heat), the replacement of lighting points for energy efficient and the installation of a renewable energy generator (heat pump) for the purpose of heating water for useful heating. In addition, it is planned to install a handle for the disabled at the travelling time. (English)

(Polish)
