The main aim of the planned investment is to improve the quality of the social services provided by improving the energy efficiency of the public building in the municipality of Piaski. The project was extended to the municipal authority in Piskaska.For the purpose of the project, the objective of the project will be to significantly improve the quality of the local government’s tasks towards the community in terms of environmental and nature conservation, which will have a direct impact on the improvement of the quality of life and the development of the municipality. The project will also make it possible to lower the costs incurred by residents and the applicant to ensure the proper functioning of the public utility. In addition to energy efficiency improvements resulting from the audit (insulation of walls, roof insulation, replacement of windows, replacement of doors, replacement of doors, replacement of equipment, replacement of air-conditioning systems, installation of a PV capacity of 10 kWp on the roof of the building), the existing boiler will also be replaced by a saved thermal energy of 489,37 GJ/year, 2.Reduced electricity consumption of 21.69 MWh/year, 3.Estimated annual decrease in primary energy consumption in public buildings 268 082.08 kWh/year, 4.Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 59,31 tonnes of equivalent, 5.Production of electricity from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES 8,892 MWhe/year, 6. Production of electricity from newly constructed RES installations 8,892 MWhe/year, 7.Additional capacity to generate energy from RES 0.01 MW, 8. Additional capacity of electricity from RES 0,01 MWe. The project will result in a 63 % increase in the energy efficiency of the building. The target group of the project is primarily the inhabitants of the Municipality of Piaski, as well as the employees and users of the building of the Municipal Office in Piaski. (English) | |||

Celem głównym planowanej inwestycji jest podniesienie jakości świadczonych usług społecznych dzięki poprawie efektywności energetycznej w budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Piaski. Projektem objęto budynek Urzędu Miejskiego w Piaskach.Realizacja założonego celu pozwoli na znaczne podniesienie jakości wypełniania zadań własnych samorządu lokalnego wobec społeczności w zakresie ochrony środowiska i przyrody, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na podniesienie jakości życia oraz rozwój gminy. Realizacja projektu umożliwi również obniżenie kosztów ponoszonych przez mieszkańców i wnioskodawcę na zapewnienie sprawnego funkcjonowania obiektu użyteczności publicznej. Poza usprawnieniami termomodernizacyjnymi wynikającymi z przeprowadzonego audytu (ocieplenie ścian zewn.,ocieplenie dachu, wymiana okien, wymiana drzwi zewn., wymiana instalacji c.o., modernizacja instalacji klimatyzacji, wykonanie instalacji PV o mocy 10 kWp na dachu budynku), zaplanowano także wymianę istniejącego kotła na kocioł gazowy.Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to:1.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej 489,37 GJ/rok, 2.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej 21,69 MWh/rok,3.Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 268 082,08 kWh/rok,4.Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 59,31 tony równoważnika,5.Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 8,892 MWhe/rok,6. Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 8,892 MWhe/rok, 7.Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze OZE 0,01 MW, 8. Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzana energii elektrycznej z OZE 0,01 MWe. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku o 63 %. Grupą docelową projektu są przede wszystkim mieszkańcy Gminy Piaski, oraz pracownicy i użytkownicy budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Piaskach. (Polish)
