The objective is. The potential of recovery is to restore the employability of those who rely on, treating or after completion of the treatment in health care facilities in the province. Łódzkie period from February 2016 to April 2018. By implementing the project we assume the following results: The 19 P participants (4 K and 15 M) will take up the job; 30 persons (2 K and 28 M) will obtain professional qualifications; 43 persons (8 K and 35 M) will seek work, 60 participants (10 K and 50 M) will increase their motivation to work, improve problem-solving, increase self-confidence and increase their capacity. The target group is those who depend, treat or after completion of the treatment in healthcare establishments in Łódzkie Province: in Łódź, Sokolów, Zgierze and Męka Wola. This group is characterised by low living potential, lack of professional experience, low education, closing a project around 80 people, K and M between 20 and 55. In order to achieve its objective and deliver results, taking into account the barriers faced by women and men in the project, a comprehensive response and an individual approach to each participant are planned. The choice of action is based on a years of experience in working with this group of consumers: social and labour activation workshops, social and cultural activation activities, vocational courses and work placements. Each of the participants will be supported by a psychologist, with whom the IPD will be built and assisted by a guardian, who will help him/her to carry out project tasks, help them cope with the crisis and sustain an incentive to work and to reintegrate into society. Celem proj. ODZYSKANE POTENCJAŁY jest przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób uzależnionych, leczących się lub po ukończeniu terapii w placówkach służby zdrowia na terenie woj. Łódzkiego w okresie od lutego 2016 do kwietnia 2018r. Dzięki realizacji projektu zakładamy osiągnięcie następujących rezultatów: 19 uczestników P (4 K i 15 M) podejmie pracę; 30 osób (2 K i 28 M) uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe; 43 osoby (8 K i 35 M) będą poszukiwały pracy, 60 uczestników (10 K i 50 M) zwiększy motywację do podjęcia pracy, poprawi umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów, podniesie pewność siebie i zwiększy swoje umiejetności. Grupa docelowa to osoby uzależnione, leczące się lub po ukończeniu terapii w placówkach służby zdrowia na terenie woj. łódzkiego: w Łodzi, Sokolnikach, Zgierzu i Męckiej Woli. Grupa ta charakteryzuje się niskim potencjałem życiowym, brakiem doświadczeń zawodowych, niskim wykształceniem, zamknięciem w swoim środowisku.Projekt kierujemy do 80 osób, K i M między 20 a 55 r.ż. Aby zrealizować zakładany cel i osiągnąć rezultaty, biorąc pod uwagę bariery, jakie muszą pokonać kobiety i mężczyźni biorący udział w projekcie, planowane są kompleksowe działania i indywidualne podejście do każdego z uczestników. Wybór działań podyktowany jest wieloletnim doświadczeniem w pracy z tą grupą odbiorców: warsztaty umiejętności społecznych i aktywizacji zawodowej, zajęcia aktywizacji społecznej i kulturalnej, kursy zawodowe i staże zawodowe. Każdy z uczestników objęty będzie wsparciem psychologa, z którym skonstruuje IPD oraz skorzysta z pomocy opiekuna, który pomoże mu w realizacji zadań projektowych, wesprze w sytuacji kryzysu, podtrzyma motywację do podjęcia pracy i reintegracji społecznej.
