Celem głównym jest aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa 80 osób (54K,26M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących na obszarach gmin słabo zaludnionych (DEGURBA 3) w powiatach: poddębickim (PP), sieradzkim (PS), wieluńskim (PWL), wieruszowskim (PWR), pajęczańskim (PP), łódzkim wschodnim (PŁW) i zduńskowolskim (PZ) w woj. łódzkim (WŁ) poprzez podniesienie ich kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji oraz nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego zgodnie z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy w okresie od 01.06.2019 do 31.12.2020 r. Gr. Docelowa to 80 os (54K,26M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. w wieku 15-64 lata, w tym os. bezrobotne, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, zamieszkujących(w rozumieniu KC) na ter. gmin słabo zaludnionych (DEGURBA 3) w powiatach: PP,PS,PWL,PWR,PP,PŁW i PZ w WŁ. W projekcie będą realizowane następujące formy wsparcia dla UP: a.) trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych b) trening aktywności zawodowej - identyfikacja potrzeb uczestnika projektu wraz z opracowaniem IPD(obligatoryjnie), b)kursy/szkolenia zawodowe; c)staże zawodowe; d)pośrednictwo pracy; Kompleksowy program wsparcia umożliwi uczestnikom podniesienie kompetencji społecznych, nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych, zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego oraz zwiększy ich szansę na zatrudnienie.
