For the purpose of participation in fairs, it is necessary that exhibition areas be rented, constructed and assembled, prepared, catalogues and arranged with potential distributors. It is also necessary that the business expenses incurred by the representatives of the company’s representatives travel on a route are also necessary. In addition, the strategy will implement organisational and procedural changes involving changes in the process of selling products to distributors, through the purchase and launch of a B2B sales platform, changing completely the way in which distributors’ orders are made and executed, which is necessary for foreign sales. W ramach projektu zostanie wdrożony nowy model biznesowy przedsiębiorstwa Arco w celu wejścia na dwa nowe rynki zbytu: rynek Niemiec i rynek Wielkiej Brytani. Nowe działania wynikają ze strategii biznesowej opracowanej przez podmiot zewnętrzny we wrześniu 2016r, na potrzeby Arco. W ramach strategii planowany jest udział w sesjach wiosennych i jesiennych w międzynarodowych targach na terenie Niemiec i Wielkiej Brytanii. Na potrzeby udziału w targach konieczny jest wynajem powierzchni wystawienniczej, budowa i montaż stoisk, przygotowanie materiałów reklamowych, katalogów, oraz organizacja spotkań z potencjalnymi dystrybutorami. Niezbędne są również wydatki związane z podróżami służbowymi przedstawicieli Firmy na tragi. Dodatkowo w ramach strategii wdrożone zostaną zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe obejmujące zmiany w procesie sprzedaży produktów dystrybutorom, poprzez zakup i uruchomienie platformy sprzedażowej B2B, zmieniającej całkowicie dotychczasowy sposób kontaktów i realizacji zamówień dystrybutorów, co jest niezbędne przy sprzedaży zagranicznej.
