The project covers the implementation of the actions identified in the developed new business model for Fiore, which was bought in Phase I of the competition II.2.1. The actions identified in the strategy will enable the main objectives of the project to be achieved through the introduction of FIORE products on the target markets. The most important objectives of the project were to increase export sales, enter new markets: The US and China, the increase in export revenues, the acquisition of new foreign contracts and the finding of new audiences, Realised actions will help to increase competitiveness and build a company’s brand across borders and will directly contribute to the internationalisation of the company. The main tasks of the project are to start exporting products on the Chinese and US markets. In order to achieve its intended success at trade fairs, a company should participate in specialised trade fairs with an international dimension, where visitors are potential foreign customers and therefore take part in foreign fairs: The US Curve and International HOSIERY purchasing in China. Selected exhibitions are the most important trade fairs in the world and, as a result, participation will make a major contribution to the brand and reputation of FIORE. The purchase of specialist advisory services related to the internationalisation of business activities includes the creation of design concepts for the product and the packaging; the development of an optimal financing concept; the draft catalogue, together with a printed copy; consultancy services related to the search and selection of partners in the target markets; meetings with selected potential trading partners. The implementation of the project creates a specific broad approach to its export activities and sets out the structure of the activities needed for innovative business practices. (English) | |||

Projekt obejmuje realizację działań wskazanych w opracowanym nowym modelu biznesowym dla firmy Fiore, który został zakupiony w ramach I etapu konkursu II.2.1. Działania wskazane w strategii, umożliwią realizację głównych celów projektu poprzez wprowadzenie na rynki docelowe innowacyjnych produktów firmy FIORE. Jako najważniejsze cele projektu uznano wzrost sprzedaży eksportowej, wejście na nowe rynki zbytu: USA i Chiny, wzrost przychodów z eksportu, pozyskanie nowych kontraktów zagranicznych oraz znalezienie nowych odbiorców Realizowane działania niewątpliwe przyczynią się do wzrostu konkurencyjności oraz budowy marki firmy za granicą, a także bezpośrednio przyczynią się do internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa. Głównymi zadaniami projektu jest rozpoczęcie eksportu produktów na rynkach chińskim oraz USA. Aby osiągnąć zamierzony sukces na targach, firma powinna uczestniczyć w targach specjalistycznych, branżowych o charakterze międzynarodowym, gdzie odwiedzający to potencjalni klienci zagraniczni, , w związku z czym zaplanowane jest wzięcie udziału w targach zagranicznych : CURVE EXPO w USA oraz INTERNATIONAL HOSIERY PURCHASING w Chinach. Wybrane wystawy są to najważniejsze branżowe imprezy targowe na świecie, w związku z tym uczestnictwo w nich w znacznym stopniu przyczyni się do budowy marki i renomy firmy FIORE. Zakup specjalistycznych usług doradczych związanych z umiędzynarodowieniem działalności firmy zawiera stworzenie koncepcji wzornictwa w zakresie produktu i opakowania; opracowanie optymalnej koncepcji finansowania; projekt katalogu wraz z wydrukiem; usługi doradcze związane z wyszukiwaniem i doborem partnerów na rynkach docelowych; usługi w zakresie organizacji spotkań z wyselekcjonowanymi potencjalnymi partnerami handlowymi. Realizacja projektu tworzy swoiste szerokie podejście do prowadzonej działalności eksportowej oraz wyznacza strukturę działań niezbędnych dla innowacyjnych metod prowadzenia firmy. (Polish)
