The project supports the development of SMEs and the increase in the social and economic potential of the Municipality. The total amount of expenditure for the project is PLN 7274721,54, including ineligible costs of PLN 1362313,78. The grant from the EU is 4757123,28LA. The institutional contractor for the project is the municipality of Daszyna, and the final beneficiaries of SMEs. The investment envisages the provision of infrastructure for the supply of water, natural gas, heating factor; it ensures the discharge of waste water and the construction of an internal communication infrastructure. The following are also eligible costs: the preparatory part, the assessment of the investment attractiveness of the site and part of the project management. The investment sites are located near to the developed transport infrastructure — adjacent to national road No 91, proximity of the A1 motorway, motorway junction north — south, network of national and regional roads. Potential investors will be active in the agri-food industry, including one of them using innovative solutions. The project provides for the processing of plots of land: no 43 within Daszyna and No 114/3; 121/5; 120/3 and 120/5 within Greece. Indicators will be achieved: the product — “Total area of prepared investment sites” -3.7 ha and the result: ‘Number of investments located in prepared investment areas’ -3/tonne; “Degree of use of investment sites” -100 %; “Number of jobs created by SMEs in investments located on women’s/men’s (FTE) investment areas” -1. Projekt wspomaga rozwój MŚP oraz wzrost potencjału społeczno-gospodarczego Gminy. Ogólna kwota nakładów na projekt wynosi 7274721,54zł, w tym koszty niekwalifikowane - 1362313,78zł. Dotacja z UE wynosi 4757123,28ZŁ. Wykonawcą instytucjonalnym projektu jest Gmina Daszyna, Beneficjentami końcowymi - MŚP. Inwestycja przewiduje wykonanie infrastruktury zaopatrującej tereny inwestycyjne w wodę, gaz ziemny, czynnik grzewczy; zapewnia odprowadzenie ścieków oraz budowę wewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej. Kosztem kwalifikowanym są także: część przygotowawcza, ocena atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej terenu i część zarządzania projektem. Tereny inwestycyjne zlokalizowane są w pobliżu rozwiniętej infrastruktury transportowej – w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie drogi krajowej nr 91, bliskości Autostrady A1, węzła autostradowego północ – południe, sieci dróg krajowych i regionalnych. Potencjalni inwestorzy, prowadzić będą działalność w branży rolno-spożywczej, w tym jeden z nich z wykorzystaniem rozwiązań innowacyjnych. Projekt przewiduje uzbrojenie działek: nr 43 w obrębie Daszyna oraz nr 114/3; 121/5; 120/3 i 120/5 w obrębie Walew. Osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki: produktu-„Powierzchnia przygotowanych terenów inwestycyjnych”-3,7ha i rezultatu: „Liczba inwestycji zlokalizowanych na przygotowanych terenach inwestycyjnych”-3szt.; „Stopień wykorzystania terenów inwestycyjnych”-100%; „Liczba miejsc pracy utworzonych przez MŚP w inwestycjach zlokalizowanych na uzbrojonych terenach inwestycyjnych kobiety/mężczyźni (EPC)”-1 szt.
