The main objective of the project is to increase the availability and quality of social services aimed at developing care for the elderly in the municipality of Vitia, resulting in a reduction in social exclusion. The project will be carried out in the territory of the municipality of Vitonia. The target group is the inhabitants of the municipality and the region. The material scope consists of: the adaptation of premises to the activities of the “House of Official Assistance” and the “Rehabilitation of the Elderly”, the purchase of equipment, the carrying out of activities involving elderly people, investor supervision and promotion. A functional and operational programme has been developed for the implementation of the project. There are no risks to the project: ownership issues are regulated, the municipality has experienced staff, resources to cover the own contribution will be secured in the municipal budget. The project has properly designed evaluation indicators and will have a significant impact on the region: Products: Number of facilities providing social services [items] — 1 Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 1 Results: Number of newly created [FTE] women/men [FTE] — 3. employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises) [FTE] — 3 The project is comprehensive and ready for implementation. The applicant, as a local authority, meets the eligibility requirements under the 2014-2020 ROP ROP. The project is technically feasible; the technology for the execution of the works, the materials used will be generally available and known and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and comply with applicable legal standards. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększona dostępność i jakość usług społecznych mających na celu rozwój opieki nad osobami starszymi w gminie Witonia, skutkiem projektu będzie m.in. ograniczenie wykluczenia społecznego. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Witonia. Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy gminy i regionu. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: adaptację pomieszczeń na działalność Domu Dziennej Pomocy i Sali rehabilitacyjnej, zakup wyposażenia, prowadzenie zajęć aktywizujących osoby starsze, nadzór inwestorski i promocja. Na potrzeby realizacji projektu opracowano Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy. Nie przewiduje się zagrożeń dla realizacji projektu: kwestie własnościowe są uregulowane, gmina dysponuje doświadczoną kadrą, środki na pokrycie wkładu własnego zostaną zabezpieczone w budżecie gminy. Projekt ma prawidłowo skonstruowane wskaźniki oceny i wywoła znaczne oddziaływanie dla regionu: Produkty: Liczba wybudowanych / rozbudowanych / zmodernizowanych obiektów świadczących usługi społeczne [sztuki] - 1 Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami [sztuki] – 1 Rezultaty: Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy kobiety/mężczyźni [EPC] – 3 Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) [EPC] – 3 Projekt jest kompleksowy i gotowy do wdrożenia. Wnioskodawca, jako jednostka samorządu terytorialnego spełnia wymogi kwalifikowalności wynikające z RPO WŁ na lata 2014 – 2020. Przedsięwzięcie jest wykonalne pod względem technicznym; technologie wykonania robót, zastosowane materiały będą ogólnie dostępne i znane, a rozwiązania techniczne będą prawidłowe pod względem funkcjonalnym oraz zgodne z obowiązującymi normami prawnymi.
