The implementation of this project will allow speeding up the diagnosis of patients for medical services provided by the Primary Medical Care doctor by purchasing two modern, multifunctional USG apparatus. The direct implementation of ultrasound, companion diagnostics for adults and children in the facility will enable the facility to target the patient’s further treatment, as well as the waiting time for the consultation of professionals. Staff of the facility are highly qualified and skilled, and have been trained to use the equipment purchased in this project. The project is scheduled to run from 01-11-2018 to 30-04-2019. Projekt obejmuje rozwój opieki koordynowanej w placówkach Amicus-Med. R.W. Szymańscy Sp. j. w Wolborzu i Będkowie, poprzez inwestycję w sprzęt diagnostyczny. Realizacja niniejszego przedsięwzięcia pozwoli na przyspieszenie diagnostyki pacjentów w zakresie usług medycznych świadczonych przez lekarza Podstawowej Opieki Zdrowotnej poprzez zakup dwóch sztuk nowoczesnego, wielofunkcyjnego aparatu USG. Bezpośrednie wykonywanie w placówce badań ultrasonograficznych, diagnostyki dla pacjentów dorosłych, jak i dzieci umożliwi lekarzom placówki ukierunkowanie ścieżki dalszego leczenia pacjenta, jak i skróci czas oczekiwania na konsultacje u specjalistów. Personel placówki posiada wysokie kwalifikacje i umiejętności, został także przeszkolony w zakresie użytkowania sprzętu zakupywanego w niniejszym projekcie. Okres realizacji projektu zaplanowano od 01-11-2018 do 30-04-2019 roku. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: - Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych – 1 szt. - Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej – 312 639,08 zł - Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi (CI36) - 6080 (Polish)
