The direct objective of the project: “The adaptation of the SPZOZ District Hospital in the area of electronic administrative services” is the development of electronic services in the area of health, the increased use of electronic services in the district of the region and the interoperability of the electronic systems. The project will implement 9 e-services, including: • 7 A2C level 4 online services: e-notification for e-registration for e-filing e-notification for e-authorisation for e-intelligence for e-declaration• 2 — on — line A2B with degree of maturity 4 — Transaction: e-Counterparty will be covered by: • Modernisation of ICT networks• The purchase and installation of computer hardware• System hardware and utilities• Implementation of the software for the hospital system (development of HIS part of the medical and administrative systems, system of diagnostic imaging systems, integration with P1, integration with the Laboratory and for imaging diagnostics)• Implementation of the Electronic Medical Documentation (HIS)• Training (HIS, EDM)• Project management and project promotion is directed directly to the residents of the county of rest of the district of rest and workers, including the management of the rest of the hospital, to other actors in the health area and indirectly to the inhabitants of Łódzkie and all those concerned. It has been assumed that in 2021 the number of people using on-line services implemented as part of the project will be 4 612 people/year. Celem bezpośrednim projektu pn. „Dostosowanie SPZOZ Szpitala Powiatowego im. E. Biernackiego w Opocznie do elektronicznych usług administracyjnych" jest rozwój usług elektronicznych w obszarze zdrowia, zwiększone ich wykorzystanie na terenie powiatu opoczyńskiego oraz zapewnienie interoperacyjności systemów teleinformatycznych. W ramach projektu wdrożone zostanie 9 e-usług, w tym: • 7 usług on-line typu A2C o stopniu dojrzałości 4 transakcja: o e-zwolnienie o e-powiadomienia opiekuna o e-rejestracja o e-dokumentacja o e-zgoda o e-wywiad lekarski o e-Deklaracja POZ • 2 sztuki e- usługi on –line typu A2B o stopniu dojrzałości 4 – transakcja: o e-Kontrahent o telekonsultacje lekarz-lekarz Inwestycja obejmie: • Modernizację sieci teleinformatycznej • Zakup i instalację sprzętu komputerowego • Oprogramowanie systemowe i narzędziowe • Wdrożenie oprogramowania systemu szpitalnego (rozbudowa HIS część medyczna i administracyjna, System Diagnostyki obrazowej, integracja z P1, integracja z Laboratorium i z diagnostyką obrazową) • Wdrożenie Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej (Elektroniczna Dokumentacja Medyczna i e-usługi on-line) • Szkolenia (HIS, EDM) • Zarządzanie projektem i promocja projektu Projekt jest skierowany bezpośrednio do mieszkańców powiatu opoczyńskiego i pracowników, w tym kadry zarządzającej opoczyńskiego szpitala, do innych podmiotów z obszaru ochrony zdrowia oraz pośrednio do mieszkańców województwa łódzkiego i wszystkich zainteresowanych . Założono, że w 2021 roku liczba osób korzystających z usług on-line wdrożonych w ramach projektu wyniesie 4 612 osób/rok. Projekt uwzględnia zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. (Polish)
