The project consists of the construction of a fairway and tent field of the caerv. area and will contribute to the development of the board based on the use of this site. By the region, by creating the conditions for the creation of new jobs in the sector. The project will result in a new EPC. Intermediate objectives of the project: The acceleration of business, including the tourism economy, of active recreational tourism, increase in an area with limited degradation of environmental degradation. in recreational settings, environmental awareness of the improvement of environmental social security awareness of tourism infrastructure improvement in tourist infrastructure in the Municipality of Improving the attractiveness of the GIM Warta as a place to rest. the implementation of this investment will contribute to the achievement of all the above-mentioned objectives. The project will carry out the following tasks: Task 1 Construction of a water skis track (...) in the Ostrów Warki Zad. 2 Construction of the field of the tent and capravanium-field (...) in the Ostrów Warki Zad. 3 Tourism campaign Zad. 4 Promotion of the Zad project. 5 Project management. The target group of the residents of the GIM Warta and in the neighbouring municipalities, the inhabitants of the district of Sieradz and Łódzkie and the country, entrepreneurs in the municipality and district, tourists visiting the municipality and the whole area of the vendace, the JTS, which form a partnership for the joint development of the area. Investments have been applied to the universal design principles. The design of products, environments, programmes and services shall be designed to be of use to all, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialised design. Universal design does not exclude the possibility of providing additional facilities for specific groups of persons with disabilities, if needed, in accordance with the “Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination (...) 2014-2020”. Projekt polega na budowie toru do nart wodnych i pola namiot. carav. i przyczyni się do rozwoju gosp. turyst. w oparciu o wykorzystanie poten. Endog. regionu, poprzez tworzenie warunków dla powst. nowych miejsc pracy w tym sektorze. W wyniku projektu powstaną nowe EPC. Cele pośrednie projektu: Przyspieszenie rozw. gosp, w tym gospodarki turystycznej Spadek bezrobocia Rozw. turystyki aktywnej, rekreacyjnej, sportowej Zwiększenie obszaru, na którym ograniczona zostanie degradacja środ. przyrod. w miejscach wypoczynku wywołana m.in. działalnością człowieka Zwiększenie świadomości społecznej w zakresie ochrony środowiska Poprawa wyposażenia w infrastrukturę turystyczną na terenie Gminy Wzrost atrakcyjności GiM Warta jako miejsca wypoczynku Realizacja niniejszej inwestycji przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wszystkich wskazanych wyżej celów. W projekcie przewidziano realizację następujących zadania: Zad. 1 Budowa toru nart wodnych (…) w m. Ostrów Warcki Zad. 2 Budowa pola namiotowego i caravaningowego (…) w m. Ostrów Warcki Zad. 3 Kampania turystyczna Zad. 4 Promocja projektu Zad. 5 Zarządzanie projektem. Grupa docelowa Mieszkańcy GiM Warta oraz gmin sąsiadujących, mieszkańcy powiatu sieradzkiego oraz woj. łódzkiego i kraju, przedsiębiorcy z terenu gminy i powiatu, turyści odwiedzający gminę i cały region sieradzki, JST, które tworzą partnerstwo na rzecz wspólnego rozwoju obszaru. W inwestycji zastosowano zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. Projektowanie produktów, środowiska, programów i usług nastąpi w taki sposób, by były użyteczne dla wszystkich, w możliwie największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji lub specjalistycznego projektowania. Uniwersalne projektowanie nie wyklucza możliwości zapewniania dodatkowych udogodnień dla szczególnych grup osób z niepełnosprawnościami, jeżeli jest to potrzebne, zgodnie z „Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji(…) na lata 2014-2020”.
