Purpose of the project — reconstruction and extension with the installations of the building. The building is designed as a tourist facility for users of four routes, with changing facilities, health facilities, luggage storage facilities and a visitor gallery. The investment shall also include the adaptation and expansion of the existing building on tourist accommodation and leisure activities. In the framework of the land use, the road will be constructed with a gutter line with the crushed hard rock in order to improve the conditions of communication and to make it easier to travel with kayaks on the river bed. The tasks of the project are: Preparation of the project (project, PFU, Studium), comprehensive reconstruction and extension of the municipal building at the OCOCS, Adaptation and expansion of an existing building with tourist accommodation, for leisure, investment by investors, purchase of equipment for OCOCS, promotion of the project, promotion of the tourist service, project management. The aim of the project is to develop a tourist destination and to create a complementary tourist and leisure centre. The project will contribute to the achievement of objectives such as: increasing the use of natural and cultural assets in Łódź Province for the development of the tourism economy, making the region more attractive in terms of tourism and improving the environment. The project users will be inhabitants of a nearby municipality as well as tourists. Universal design principles have been applied. The infrastructure will be accessible to all, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation, to specialised design. The scope of the OCOCS project is being developed for all, it will be easy to use, accessible, functional and safe, useful for people with different performances and well labelled. Design for all phases of formation — from planning, design, including at the stage of construction and maintenance. The principle of equal opportunities between women and men within the EU 2014-2020 has been applied. (English) | |||

Cel projektu - przebudowa i rozbudowa wraz z instalacjami budynku kom. na Osjakowskie Centrum Obsługi Turysty Czterech Szlaków. Budynek ma służyć jako zaplecze turystyczne dla użytkowników czterech szlaków, z przebieralnią, zapleczem sanitarnym, przechowalnią bagażu oraz galerią turystyczną. Inwestycja obejmuje także adaptację i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową. W ramach zagospodarowania terenu wykonany będzie ciąg pieszo-jezdny z tłucznia kamiennego, aby poprawić warunki komunikacji i ułatwić dojazd z kajakami na nadbrzeże rzeki. Zadania w projekcie to: Przygotowanie Projektu (Projekt, PFU, Studium), Kompleksowa przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku komunalnego na OCOTCS, Adaptacja i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową, Nadzór inwestorski, Zakup wyposażenia do OCOTCS, promocja projektu, promocja usługi turystycznej, zarządzanie projektem. Celem projektu jest rozwój gosp. turystycznej i stworzenie komplementarnej bazy turystyczno-rekreacyjnej. Projektu sprzyjać będzie realizacji celów, takich jak: zwiększenie wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych woj. łódzkiego dla rozwoju gospodarki turystycznej, zwiększenie atrakcyjności regionu pod względem turystycznym oraz poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego. Użytkownikami projektu będą mieszkańcy pobliskiej gminy oraz turyści. Zastosowano zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. Przygotowana infrastruktura będzie dostępna dla wszystkich, w największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji, wyspecjalizowanego projektowania. Zakres projektu OCOTCS jest tworzony dla wszystkich, będzie proste w użytkowaniu, ogólnodostępne, funkcjonalne i bezpieczne, użyteczne dla osób o rożnej sprawności oraz dobrze oznakowane. Projektowanie uniwersalne zastosowane na wszystkich etapach tworzenia- od planowania, projektowania, również na etapie realizacji i konserwacji.
