This project concerns the development of an existing A-NO, Tadeusz Nockoski, through the construction of a new production hall and the purchase of innovative manufacturing machinery. The machines are part of the most modern equipment of this type in the world, to optimise the production process in the company and to offer a range of new products. The extension of the machinery and production capacity will increase the competitiveness of A-NO in the domestic market for trailers. As part of the project, the following expenditure will be incurred: • roll out of the revolt,• the production line for panels,• construction of a production hall. The project consists of implementing the R & D results as a result of cooperation on PV flexible technology and their use in the manufacture of trailers between the Applicant, the Łódź Technical University and Soltech. The implementation of the project will make it possible to introduce completely new, technological and functional revolutionary products, which have so far not been possible due to the lack of an adequate machinery and production space. The applicant intends to make the production of: 1. Trailers for exploration and testing of inaccessible land. 2. Specialised trailers for fire-fighting units — water cannon. In both types of trailers, innovative panels with minimised thermal bridge (XPS boards) will be used, the production of which will be enabled by the purchase of suitable machinery within the frame of the project. Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy rozwoju istniejącego przedsiębiorstwa TA-NO Tadeusz Nockoski poprzez budowę nowej hali produkcyjnej oraz zakup innowacyjnych maszyn produkcyjnych. Maszyny należą do najnowocześniejszych tego typu urządzeń na świecie, pozwalających na zoptymalizowanie procesu produkcji w firmie oraz wprowadzenie do oferty gamy nowych produktów. Rozbudowa parku maszynowego, a wraz z nim mocy produkcyjnych wpłynie na wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa TA-NO na krajowym rynku producentów przyczep. W ramach projektu poniesione będą następujące wydatki: • wykrawarka rewolwerowa, • linia do produkcji płyt, • budowa hali produkcyjnej. Realizacja projektu polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R będące efektem współpracy w zakresie technologii elastycznych ogniw fotowoltaicznych i ich zastosowania w produkcji przyczep między z Wnioskodawcą, Politechniką Łódzką i firmą Soltech. Realizacja projektu umożliwi wprowadzenie całkowicie nowych, rewolucyjnych pod względem technologicznym oraz funkcjonalnym produktów, których do tej pory produkcja nie była możliwa ze względu na brak odpowiedniego parku maszynowego oraz przestrzeni produkcyjnej. Wnioskodawca zamierza uruchomić produkcję: 1. Przyczep do eksploracji oraz badań trudno dostępnych terenów. 2. Przyczep specjalistycznych dla jednostek straży pożarnych - armatka wodna. W obu rodzajach przyczep zostaną wykorzystane innowacyjne płyty warstwowe o zminimalizowanym mostku cieplnym (płyty XPS), których produkcja będzie możliwa dzięki zakupowi odpowiednich maszyn w ramach projektu.
