The project entitled: ‘Professional training of school pupils in Mogileński District’ provides for the implementation of additional support for the raising, acquisition and completion of knowledge, skills, competences and professional qualifications adapted to the needs of employers and the provision of quality traineeships and traineeships for vocational school pupils in the Schools Complex in Mogilno, in the School Group in Bieliw and in the School Complex in Strzny. The project will support 200 vocational school pupils in the district of Mogilein. The aim is to improve the quality of vocational training and to adapt to the needs of the labour market by the end of September 2018. all forms of support foreseen in the project will be carried out on the basis of individually identified school needs in this field, namely diagnosis (approved by the investigating authority). The project complements the activities carried out by schools, will be carried out in cooperation with the socio-economic environment, taking into account the individual needs for development and education as well as the psycho-physical capacities of the pupils. Projekt pn. „Kształcenie zawodowe uczniów szkół Powiatu Mogileńskiego” przewiduje realizację dodatkowego wsparcia służącego podnoszeniu, nabywaniu oraz uzupełnianiu wiedzy, umiejętności, kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych, dostosowanego do potrzeb pracodawców oraz realizację wysokiej jakości staży i praktyk zawodowych dla uczniów szkół zawodowych kształcących się w Zespole Szkół w Mogilnie, w Zespole Szkół w Bielicach i w Zespole Szkół w Strzelnie. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objętych będzie 200 uczniów szkół zawodowych z terenu Powiatu Mogileńskiego. Realizacja działań ma na celu podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego i dostosowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy w terminie do końca września 2018 r. Wszystkie formy wsparcia przewidziane do realizacji w projekcie będą prowadzone na podstawie indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania szkół w tym zakresie, a mianowicie diagnoz (zatwierdzonych z przez organ prowadzący). Projekt stanowi uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez szkoły, będzie realizowany we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym, będzie prowadzony z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów.
