The main objective of the PROJECT is the social and professional activation of 72 (43 Kobiety/29) of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which in the first place require social inclusion, including the unemployed for whom the promotion of employment and labour market institutions has been defined in the Act of 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions as regards the third profile of the assistance (in the case of people profiled in the PLO), including in particular those who are beneficiaries of an OP Guarantee (min. 10 % of participants) and persons with disabilities (min. 5 % of participants). They are resident within the meaning of the CC in the area, i.e. from 01.04.2017 to 31.07.2018. Type I — Programmes to activate the socio-professional participation of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion by means of social, vocational and educational activation instruments, which will be selected according to the individual needs of the persons supported by the project: (1) Identification of the individual needs and potential of a Participant (2h/person); (2) Active Inclusion Services: Psychological and psychosocial counselling (group; 30H/group), competency workshops and social skills (group; 30H/group), vocational training with external certification, 6- or 7-month traineeships, employment intermediation (9h/person). The project’s support will result in a sustainable integration of the participants in the project into the labour market through the implementation of established indicators: • For persons or environments at risk of poverty or social exclusion: a social and employment efficiency ratio of at least 57 %, including an employment performance indicator of at least 23 %. • With regard to severely disabled persons, persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with secondary disabilities: a social and employment efficiency ratio of at least 46 %, including an employment performance indicator of at least 12 %. GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJEKTU jest aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa 72 (43 Kobiety/ 29 Mężczyzn) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ., w tym osób bezrobotnych dla których zg. z ustawą z dn.20.04.2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy został określony trzeci profil pomocy (w odniesieniu do osób sprofilowanych w PUP), w tym w szczególności osób korzystających z PO PŻ (min. 10% Uczestników) oraz osób niepełnosprawnych (min. 5% Uczestników). Osoby te zamieszkują w rozumieniu przepisów KC na obszarze ŁOM, tj. od 01.04.2017 do 31.07.2018r. Typ I projektu - Programy służące aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym za pomocą instrumentów aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej, edukacyjnej, których dobór będzie uzależniony od indywidualnych potrzeb osób objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu: 1) Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów Uczestnika (2h/osobę); 2) Usługi aktywnej integracji: Poradnictwo psychologiczne i psychospołeczne (grupowe; 30h/grupę), Warsztaty kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych (grupowe; 30h/grupę), Szkolenia zawodowe z certyfikacją zewnętrzną , 6- lub 7-miesięczne Staże zawodowe, Pośrednictwo pracy (9h/osobę). Efektem wsparcia w ramach projektu będzie trwała integracja Uczestników Projektu na rynku pracy poprzez realizację założonych wskaźników: •W odniesieniu do osób lub środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 57%, w tym wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 23%. •W odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi: osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 46%, w tym wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 12%.
